Pls listen to: We Are Young (glee version)

I just don't get it. If I could just. . . no, that would be impossible. Maybe I should just ask that girl . . . after all, she is trying to get out. NO! I work alone, I don't work with people! But . . . I sigh and crack my knuckles. I am trapped in this room forever, I will never go out. I will always find a way, and I will not get distracted. A knock on my door, which is very surprising. I straighten my suit and party hat. I open the door and squint my eyes when the sunlight hits it. It's been so long. I see a tall figure, wearing a black and white striped shirt and black pants. He had white, snowy hair and dark black eyes. "William's calling you, you better hurry. He's. . . in a bad mood." I furrow my brows. "He's always in a bad mood."

I sit down on the empty seat, observing the room carefully. "Ennard. . . I need you to stop this nonsense once and for all. I know I'm soft on Baby, but that's because her father is paying me more than needed. And you . . . well, you don't even pay anymore." I growl and punch my seat. "And why won't you let me out? I'm not even paying you anymore!" He laughs and looks at me, his eyes seemed like it was turning purple. "And you have to repay me by being one of my staffs. Believe me, you're one of my special staffs." I raise a brow and observe the small red dot on his pen. At first, I thought that it was a red pen, but on the paper he wrote it was black. So it was . . . "Blood," I mutter. He chuckles and stands up. "Yes, but whose blood is it?" I look up in horror and see him dragging a child's body. William grins and says, "Now, will you repay me?"

I can't believe I just agreed. On the other hand, I was allowed to wear my suit. Oh, who am I kidding! Sure, I mean, I want to go out, but I won't go as far as killing children! He. . . he's a monster! While in deep thought, I bump into someone and hear the person say, "Hey! Watch where you're going! Geez. . . ." I recognise that voice . . . but, I when I look up I can't really remember that face. I stand up and frown. "I'm sorry, but, shouldn't you say sorry, too?" The girl looks at me with annoyance, the pigtails on both side of her head was bouncing. The girl squints her eyes at me, and I lean back, and she gasps. "Is-Is that you?" she asks me, her green eyes widening. I raise a brow. "I-I'm sorry, have we met before?" She sighs and crosses her arms. "I'm the one who you toured around the asylum! I'm Circus Baby!" I smile and say, "Oh, yeah. I remember now! William assigned me to you, right?" I ask, the memory coming back now. She nods her head and, all of a sudden, blushes. "I-It's not like I missed you or anything. . . stupid," she says, which surprises me. "Uh. . . did I say something?" I ask her. She looks away and mutters, "Geez, you're so clueless." I raise a brow and put my arms on my hips. "Alright, what's going on?" Baby growls at me and shouts, "Argh! Never mind! I just have to find that new employee William was talking about. . . ." It was like as if I was shocked. (Get it? Because in the game you shock them and. . . never mind.) Was she talking about me? I grit my teeth and think, William, I'll kill you! When Baby takes one step, I block her and say, "I'm the new employee William said. He wants me to get out more often." She glares at me and I can see that she's trying hard not to laugh. "You? Employee?" she asks suspiciously. I nod my head and sigh. "I hate to admit it but, yes. I am." Baby blushed even harder and takes my hand. "C-C-Come w-with m-m-me, I'll i-i-introduce y-you t-t-t-to the s-s-s-staff," she stutters, which I find very cute. I smirk to myself and she turns her head around. "W-What's so f-f-funny?" I shake my head and say, "Nothing."

Circus Baby leads me to a door that says: EMPLOYEES ONLY. . . YES, WILLIAM, YOU TOO. She opens the door and I see a banner on the wall that says, 'Welcome dear employee!' There was a lot of talking and chit-chattering. Then, Circus Baby whistles and the room was silent. She sighs and says in a very loud voice, "All right everyone! He is our new employee! His name is, uh, well -"
"Circus Baby, don't tell me you haven't asked his name yet," complained a ballerina. Circus Baby puffed her cheeks. "I-I did! I-I-I mean, w-why would I f-forget a-asking his name? H-His name is -"
"Ennard. My name is Ennard. It's very nice to meet you all," I say, helping out Baby. The ballerina looks pleased and holds out her hand to me. "Welcome, Ennard. My name is Ballora, and I'm sure you've met Circus Baby," she says her name with bitterness. Baby scrunched her face and says,
"What? Ennard, what did she tell you?" I shake my head and say, "Nothing, I swear." Baby glares at me and snaps her fingers. This tall man, who was wearing a white and pink suit, turns on the speaker. Baby winks at him. "Thanks, Funtime Freddy."

Give me a second I, I, I need to get my story straight,
My friends are in the bathroom,
Getting higher than the Empire State
My lover he's waiting for me, just across the bar,
My seat's been taken by some sunglasses,
Asking bout a scar, and

[F]
I know I gave it to you months ago,
I know you're trying to forget,
But between he drinks and the subtle things,
The holes in my apologies, you know
I'm trying hard to take it back

[S]
So if by the time the bar closes

[S & Q]
And you feel like falling down
I'll carry you home

[F, R, ND]
Tonight we are young
So let's set the world on fire
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the Sun

[S, M, B, SA]
Tonight we are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter
Than the sun

[S]
Now I know that I'm not
All that you got
I guess that I
I just thought maybe we can find new ways to fall apart

[R]
But our friends are back
So let's raise a cup!
Cause I found someone to carry me home

[F, ND]
Tonight
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

[M]
Whoa

[ND, TT]
Tonight
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

[Q, ND]
Carry me home tonight (Nanananana)
Just carry me home tonight (Nannanana)
Carry me home tonight (Nananana)
Just carry me home tonight (Nananana)

[ND]
The world is on my side
I have no reason to run
So will someone carry me home tonight

[S]
But the angels never arrived
But I can hear the choir
So will someone come and carry me home tonight

[R]
Tonight
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

[M]
We are young, yeah

[ND]
Tonight
We are young
So let's set the world on fire
We can burn brighter than the sun

[R & F]
So if by the time
The bar closes
And you feel like falling down
I'll carry you home
Tonight 🎶

Circus winks at me. "Welcome to the family, Ennard!" I smile and say, "T-Thanks." Circus goes back chatting with her friends. So, she can be easily deceived, I think. I sit down on the chair and cross my arms. The party was probably prepared by Circus, since the main colours were red and green. Interesting. Her favourite colours are green and red, the colour of her eyes and hair. Normally, that's what normal people would hate . . . but we aren't normal, now aren't we? I sigh and decide to take a slice of cake. Before I could even stand, there was someone giving me a slice of chocolate cake. "H-Here. I-I-I m-made it, i-it should taste nice," Circus stutters, her face red as a berry. I take it and smile at her. "Should?" She growls at me and crosses her arms. "You could at least say thank you." I chuckle and say, "Thank you, Circus. I bet it tastes really good." Circus puffs out her chest in pride. "Of course! Only the best from - wait, did you just call me Circus and not Baby?" she asks. I nod my head and take a bite. It was delicious, and it surprised me. "B-But n-n-nobody ever c-calls m-m-me t-that before. . . ." Then, the man, Funtime Freddy, I suppose, walks over to us. "Hey, Baby! Nice party! Oh - and welcome to the family, Ennard!" he says cheerfully. I smile in acknowledgement. Circus grins at him in return. "Why, thank you, Freddy!" she says and pecks him on the cheek. He goes from pale to beet red. Circus giggles and goes to Ballora, who blushes as well. I raise a brow. "Hey, uh, Freddy? Is Circus . . . popular?" I ask him. He sighs dreamily and sits beside me. "Yes, but there's more to that! She's gorgeous, childish, smart, funny, and she's a great leader and fighter!" I smirk. "So, you're in love with her, eh?" I tease him. He blushes again and says, "N-No!" I laugh and pat his back. "Don't worry - I got your back." He smiles. I. . . think I just made a new friend. I stare at Circus. I have to admit, she is gorgeous. And. . . really cute when she laughs.

Hope you enjoy! 😊😊😊
