Flashes of cameras are everywhere as different media personalities run after him. I smiled sadly but still proud. He has finally reached his dream. He is now at the top of his career which he had really worked hard for in the past five years.
"Director Del Friego, what can you say about the success of the movie?"
One of the reporters asked him while still trying to catch his walks. Nahinto naman siya sa paglalakad at nginitian ang babaeng reporter. The female reported flushed.
"Well, of course, I am happy about the outcome. I am truly grateful for the love and support of the people."
He paused and looked directly at the camera lens before glancing back at the reporter and proceeded with the short interview.
"I would love to talk more about this once we get inside. Shall we?"
Putol niya na pala na panapos bago nginitian lahat ng mga nasa paligid. Nagpatuloy na siya sa pagpasok sa theater hall kung saan gaganapin ang interview. Tahimik din akong pumasok at umupo sa tabi, sa pinakadulong banda upang panuorin ang presscon. Hinintay siya ng lahat na makaakyat at makaupo. "Thank you for watching our movie. Sobrang saya po namin na tinangkilik po ninyo ang pelikula. I and Jake were overwhelmed by the warm welcome of the viewers. I mean, wow. Hindi po namin ineexpect na mamahalin po ninyo kami." Emusyonal na salita ni Kisha.
She's really good in acting huh.
"Tama si Kish. We really thank all the viewers for watching. Thank you for the support. But of course, this movie could have not been made possible without our director. He is the reason behind the movie's huge success. Direct, the stage is all yours."
Nakangiting litanya ni Jake bago bumaling ito sa kanya. Jake is the leading man of the movie.
"Direk Del Friego, may kumakalat po na balita na may girlfriend na po kayo. Is it true or just a story made by your stalkers?" Tanong ng isang taga media. Tumaas ang sulok ng labi niya sa tanong.
"This is suppose to be about them and the movie, not me."
Halakhak niyang sabi.
"I did not expect I'll be the star for tonight's interview."
Natawa naman ang mga tao sa sinabi niya.
"Where did you get that story anyway?"
Taas kilay niyang tanong. Ipinahinga niya ang mga braso sa may table habang hinihintay ang sagot ng nagtanong sa kanya.
"We just want to hear it from you, Mr.Del Friego. Sure enough, girls will cry a river once you've said yes."
Matapang na saad nung taga media.
"That's just baseless assumptions."
Kibit balikat niyang saad. Natameme na tuloy ang nagtanong sa kanya.
