"I'll have a Cookies-and-Cream milkshake and some popcorn," Emma said on her way into the theater. 10 minutes into the movie the waiter handed her a tray with a chocolate milkshake and buttered popcorn, and Emma was vegan. But since the waiter left so quickly, she wasn't able to bring it back, fearing she would miss a crucial part in the show. Emma tiptoed down each stair asking if anyone had gotten her order.
When she got to seat 13E, someone whispered, "did you get a chocolate milkshake?"
"With buttered popcorn?" Emma confirmed.
"Yep, that's me. Here is your's"
"Thanks. Do you mind if I sit here? My seat is really far away." Emma pointed to the empty chair.
"Oh, yeah! Sure."
Once the movie had finished the two walked out of the darkness of the theater and immediately recognized each other.
"Erica?"
"Emma! It's so great to see you again!"
"I know its been so long! I think I was 14 last time I saw you!"
The girls reminisced on their early childhood together, exchanged numbers and walked home.

"Guess who I saw today?" Erica exclaimed as she walked into her apartment.
"Who? Oh, was it that guy on wheel of fortune? Evan said he got to take a selfie with him the other day," Jack, Erica's twin brother, asked.
"Um, no, remember Emma? We used to hang out all the time when we were younger."
"Yeah, I remember." He said, chuckling to himself.
"What?" Erica smiled, trying to figure out what was so funny.
"Oh, nothing, we just had a lot of inside jokes."
"Okay... anyway she and I are going to the movie diner tomorrow if you want to come."
"No that's fine, I'm pretty busy tomorrow, I'm going to Knicks game with Evan."
"Don't say I didn't ask," said Erica as she made her way into her bedroom.
