——————————Hi, do you know me? Well, I should introduce myself; I am a young woman, who lived with an Aunt, who has nothing to give, but solid things. No love, nothing, I feel alone, so alone... it all started the day that should be perfect...
The day of my birthday, I was just walking home from school, I am not expecting anyone to give me a present or greet me. I was just so excited to tell my parents that I was going to be a contestant of a contest in school. When I got home and opened the door. There was no one there. I checked all of the rooms, comfort rooms, there were no one there. I was all alone. I started to get worried. I thought they were going to surprise me in a few seconds, but no one was there! I just sat back at our chair and was eager to tell my parents my good news.
A few hours later, someone yelled loud in front of our house, "Is there anyone there? Hello? Hello?" I opened the door and my aunt was standing in front of me. She was holding a bag full of money and clothes that fit me. My Aunt explained why she came! "Let's go, come on. Let's go! And I need to tell you bad news..."
I don't know what she's talking about, neither have I wanted to know what she's talking about. I just stared at her, and never spoke. She scared me, she just scared me. Finally, she told me what happened to my parents, "Your parents, they died in a car accident, just this morning."
She said it, directly to my face. It was surprising, and I got angry at them, both of them. To my Mom and my Dad, I need to ask you, Why? Why now? The day was almost perfect. I thought it was perfect. I thought it was... but no, you left me, alone! Now I tell you, are you happy? That you left me? Are you happy?
After all of what happened, I lived with my Aunt, never spoke of what happened ever again. The only memory I have from them is in the bag my Aunt was holding. But when I opened the bag, a year after. I saw a letter, in it, saying "Dear love, be strong, we made this letter before we die in this hospital and so you can know how we really love you! I know it's a rough time for you and we hope that you would smile just a bit after you read this letter. Always study hard for your own future. Never loose hope when their is still, but you just don't see it. Love yourself as you do with others. And always remember that we are right here beside you every step you take even if you don't see us. We will miss you. And be strong, fight! Nothing is impossible if you believe, we love so much! And one day, we will be together again, unite again, happy again! Goodluck darling. Love, Mom and Dad."
After that, I realized, my parents did love me, and never wanted this to happen. I realize that because of my judgments, without knowing all the true things that have happened, I changed, who I am. And what we all need to be, a good and loving person that every parent wanted to teach to their children.
So I tell you all, "Never change and loose hope because you still have hope, you're just to blind to see it..."
