we stood there. the man and her. Amy. what happened to her. i grip my Quinque before dropping it well throwing it to juuzou who stares at me confused. i crack my neck and my pale hands move slowly to the sword on my back. gripping the handle, pulling it out my hair changes blue my eyes blue just like the first time it ever happened. "so thats your power" he says smiling at me before his Kagune appears out of no where.fully black with one spot of red in the middle. it splits in three. on each side the first two crashes blocking my team from helping or escaping. the middle strikes for me. 

quick! i move my sword with my speed cutting throw it as it is a second away from crushing down on me. what ever he held in it goes everywhere ruining my clothes. he screams in pain as Amy runs at me swearing words i can't understand. i keep flipping back as she gets near me before spinning and slicing her chest open. i kick her to the cold hard floor keeping my foot on her stomach. "somebody tell me you didnt want this" i tell her taking out a throwing knife throwing it at the male ghoul hitting him it the head sending him flying.

she cries as she slowly loses air and dies. did i just kill my best friend? yes i did, it was my job, my fight. when the males kagune is cut through by Juuzou they all run to me as if i have been hurt. "your not aloud to do that, you have to get your team to help" Juuzou snaps as the rest rush to the male containing him. "i already know that" i snap turning away and walking away. i thought he would understand. when he proposed i thought he knew my pain. guess not. made from  the best right?

when i got home a fight started with us. like a big fight i never thought this could happen, never once before. "are you suicidal" he shouts again moving his arms. he was packing, i dont now why but he was leaving. maybe for a mission i am not involved with. no i know why. "stay" i say feeling something strong in my chest. "if only it was us against the world, tell me would you stand for all its worth" i ask as the pain gets stronger. he shakes his head and leaves.

i hear it. the voice. what was in his Kagune. but it hurts. the pain climbs up my body pushing me to my knees. screaming my eyes turn black "you'll never know what hit you" the voice screams. a demon? my chest opens black blood pours. it hurts. i scream for my brother i scream for help. "im gonna make you suffer" it whispers making my body collapse down fully. what was that ghoul? how is he doing this? all i know is the next thing i do is wake up in a white room lights bright lights shining down on me and voices saying my name. "where am i"
