Things change, everyone changes once in a while to accommodate the needs they will have to acquire in life.

Some for the best of the people,

While the others turn out to be worse than how the started.

Things have been changing for young needy Solaris, for today is his birthday, and no one cares to figure that out. Not even his mate knows; and he wants it to stay that way?

Why, you may ask your self why you don't want all the presents and glory you get when 365 days later come rolling along. You may ask why Solaris in his right mind decided it would be best for him and everyone else to not know a while ago before the rehabilitation.

It started when he was young, oh the good old days. He used to always get bullied by the friends he had trusted so dearly. All because the scent had manifested.

Past;

"Hey Solaris where are you" Trent yelled as he covered his ears, a loud screech filling the air as  the train came to an abrupt halt. The tires of the train seemed to smoke and drizzle into the sky like a deadly toxin, a toxin that will take HIM sweat.

Solaris watched him, tears dripping down his face like two waterfalls, filled with anxiety and deprivation of sleep. "Trent... why do you have to go" he whimpered, snuggling against his neck as Trent smiled. "It's okay little brother everything will be fine in the end."

Trent was the complete opposite of Solaris, but they had a bond that no friend can even scratch the surface of. It was protection for each other, and the bond of brotherhood that stood so closely to Solaris's heart.

"Trent? Why will you be leaving us, me; to go
And see the humans.... they will hurt you they.." he stopped as Trent hugged him tightly. "Kiddo, these humans won't capture us, nor
Will they desire to. I am just going to collage for a few years and I promise to always come back, I promisE". He repeated bopping Solaris on the snout, in which earned a subtle giggle
from the teen.

"Are you sure? Because I don't want to live without you, nobody treats me fair. No one even cares about me anymore".

Trents eyes fell as it took a glance on the metal they were standing on, the trains sliding doors opening with a hiss. "That's because they don't understand you Solaris, they don't want to understand what an innocent and bright minded child like yourself."

Trent placed the teen on the floor, watching in sorrow as he picked up his luggage, Solaris crying at the station. "I will see you took little solar system".

That's when Trent hopped on the train and was to never be heard from again.

Present:

Solaris looked around, the new universe so abstract and beautiful to the touch. The shining of the talons in which confined him, the tin that sent sparks shivering down his back and torso. what was that feeling that made him so mislead? He didn't know anything but a few peoples name and hello, for if he learned more he may not be innocent anymore.

He so far knows, Tanin, Leaf, Star, Rage, and he was still trying to learn Elliot's name but can never seem to have the courage to try.

Today was his birthday, his birthday and he didn't even know he had one.

No one shall know,

For only one person knows and he's gone.

Who knows, something may as well happen that may trigger a phenomenon that could change little Solaris's opinion of
Himself ? The day of wonders awaits, and who knows what will be in store.
