Gosh I cant believe he pushed me out of the way. He barely even knows me. I pace back and forth waiting for him to wake up. The only sound in the room is the constant beeping of the machine and the clicking of my shoes hitting the polished floor. I kept asking the nurse for an update: When Dante would wake up, what problems he may have. I cant help feeling its my fault... If I wasn't so careless this would have never happened.. But I need to push that aside I have more important things to think about.
¨Why hasn't his family shown up yet?" I ask the nurse un patently
¨We have tried to get a hold of all of his family but no one picked up¨
I groan cautiously. Sitting on a chair that is directly beside his bed. Hoping - Praying he would wake soon.

Tock
My mind goes blank as I slowly begin to fall asleep. The rhythm of the clock spreads throughout the room blocking off the sound of the noisy machine. It seems as if time is the only thing existing at that very moment. The bed shifts waking me up. I rub my eyes and I look up at Dante. He looks as if nothing is wrong but I know he's probably dying of pain.
I lift my head lazily and I look at him.
"Hello are you alright!?"
He stares at me for a second... probably wondering why I'm here.
"I rushed here as soon as they would let me. I'm really sorry about what happened I should've been paying attention im so so so very sorry if you need anything at all, please let me know ASAP!"
He still does not say anything. He just looks at me.
"Uh.. I'll just go.."
I stand up and I walk towards the door, my head tilted down with dissapointment. I really thought I would help.
"No... Don't please"
I pause in my tracks. Could this be the start of something? He asked me to stay...
"Oh.. o-of course"
My cheeks blush slightly as I move back to my spot but standing beside the bed.
His facial expression does not change. Is he mad?
"Lean closer¨ He whispers barely audible.
"Of course Anything!"
I slowly lean towards him. My hair falling, brushing against his still arm.
His face moves close...
