Becoming A Step Dad

Deans pov
I had just pulled up outside renees house and i was terrified.

What if her daughter hated me, what if i say something stupid, i want this to go well but i also know i normally fuck things up in some way and that had me a nervous wreck.

I walked up to the door and take a deep breath.

"You can do it ambrose, get yourself together" i mumbled to myself.

I lift my hand and knock on the door.

The door opens and renee looked at me.

"You look terrified" she said.

"I am terrified" i said.

She lets me in and closes the door.

"Relax" she said kissing me "you'll do fine" she added.

"I hope so" i said.

She took my hand and took me to the living room and i seen this adorable young girl standing there.

"Dean this is Molly, Molly this is Dean ambrose" she said.

Molly looked at me before coming over and hugging my legs.

"You are mommy's boyfriend?" She asked.

"I am" i said.

"Mommy said you looked more scruffy" she said giggling.

"She did huh?" I ask and looked st Renee who smiled and shruged.

"Mmhmm" she mumbled letting go of my legs and taking my hand.

"Why don't we go to the kitchen get some drinks" Renee said.

"Ok mommy" Molly said dragging me along with her.

We got to the kitchen.

"What would you like dee?" She asked "we have water juice and adult drinks" she added.

"You can have a beer" Renee said.

"Thanks a beer would be nice" i said.

Molly got herself a juice and me and renee a beer and handed it to us.

"Thank you sweetie" Renee said.

"Thank you" i said.

"You are very welcome sir" she said and giggled.

I chuckled.

"Sir makes me feel old" i said.

"How old are you?" She asked.

"31" i said.

"Same age as mommy I'm only 5 I'm a big girl" she said.

"You are a big girl" i said and smiled.

"Mommy look his got those dimple things like me" she said.

Both me and Renee laughed.

"He does doesn't he" Renee said.

I chuckled.

An hour later
We had just finished dinner and cleaned up and Molly took my hand and we went to the living room.

"Can we watch a movie mommy?" she asked.

"Sure if deans ok with it" Renee said.

"It's fine with me" i said.

She ran off to pick a movie.

"What am i in for?" I asked.

"Probably Disney" Renee said.

And she was right, for the next 2 hours we sat on the couch all cuddled up watching frozen.

It was nice tho, having Renee cuddled in to me one side and Molly cuddled in to me on the other side.

Today couldn't of gone any better.

3 months later
"Daddy daddy"Molly shouts running in tp my arms as i walked in the door i froze.

Did she just call me daddy.

"Daddy your home" she said hugging me tight.

I snap out of it and lifts her up.

"Hi cupcake" i said.

"I missed you daddy" she said.

"I-i missed you too beautiful" i said.

"She started calling you dad couple days ago when i got home, started asking when daddy was coming home too" Renee said.

I look up and towards her.

"I thought i was hearing things" i said.

She shakes her head no.

"She loves you" she said.

"I love her too, i love you" i said.

"I love you to dean" she said.

She came over amd joins the hug.

"Am i like a step dad now? i don't know how these things work" i said.

"Yeah your her step dad now, well your her only dad" she said smiling.

"Best daddy ever" Molly whispered.

I felt my heart miss a beat and smiled, we were a little family now.

I know this one-shot is super small but i think maybe somewhere down the line i might do a part 2 anyways thanks for reading and let me know what you think and votes and comments are appreciated ♡♡♡
