Penelope: What on earth are we going to do without you?
Emily: Find someone better.
Penelope: But there is no one better for this job that you.
Emily: Oh trust me, there is.
Penelope: Who?
Emily: Well lets see, JJ.
Penelope: Do you think she would take the job.
Emily: If I asked her to she probably would.
Penelope: But all of the training hours.
Emily: Just ask her and see, you will need someone.
Penelope: But then who would take her job?
Emily: Well, that will be a though one to find someone better than her.
Penelope: What about you?
Emily: No, I'm not that good with people.
Penelope: I don't think JJ is either.
Emily: True.
Penelope: I'm going to miss you.
Emily: It's not like I'm going to London, I'll still be in the city.
Penelope: Yeah but, why the CIA?
Emily: I don't know cause it's different. It's not just serial killers.
Penelope: Yeah but,
Emily: No but.
Penelope: But I still can put something in your file.
Emily: Please don't. (Smiles)
Penelope: What was that, was that a hint, do you want me to?
Emily: No, it's just, you.
Penelope: What do I have something in my teeth?
Emily: No, you are just you.
Penelope: What? Is that bad?
Emily: No, not in the least bit, actually the exact opposite.
Penelope: You better come and see me at least once a week.
Emily: I will.
Penelope: I'm not kidding, you better.
Emily: I promise I will.
Penelope: Good. God in going to miss you
Emily: I'm going to miss you too.
(They hug and Penelope starts crying and so does Emily)
Emily: Thank you.
Penelope: For what?
Emily: Just, being you.
Penelope: I don't know how to be anyone else.
Emily: I know. But seriously, thank you for just being you and being there, and just being a friend.
Penelope: Best friend.
Emily: I have told you before you and JJ are my best friends.
Penelope: What about the rest of the team?
Emily: I love them too.
Penelope: Good, you better. Now go have fun at the CIA. I'll miss you, everyone will.
Emily: Thanks.
