I'm walking down the street to the well known Ghoul cafe, Antique to meet my only friend, Kaneki. We've known each other for a while now, he's currently dating Touka. (I don't ship it, it's just for the one-shot)
I'm kinda nervous because he said he was going to bring his human best friend, I don't know his name, or what he looks like but i hope he's fun.
-Time-skip to when you get to Antique-
I walk into the cafe, i see kaneki sitting at a table with some guy with short, messy, dirty blonde hair with dark roots and brown eyes.
"Hey kaneki," Kaneki turns around and sees me standing there. "Oh, hey Y/n, this here is my friend Hide."
Hide waves at me, of corse, i wave back.
I've gotta say, he's hot. WAIT WHAT AM I SAYING!
"Hey, Y/n was it? Take a seat Kaneki's buying." Hide pulls out the chair next to him. "Thanks Hide. I'll just have a coffee Kaneki, thanks," Kaneki looks at me and nods.
Once Kaneki's gone to make the drinks, I lean back in my chair, maybe too much because i started to fall back. I was preparing to hit the ground, closing my eyes, waiting for pain, but none. I felt something soft beneath me,I opened my eyes and saw Hide.
I blushed, hoping he didn't see it. "Thanks for catching me Hide," I smiled at him, I swear i saw him blush too, "You're welcome Y/n, be careful next time," He smiled back at me, sweetly.
I got up and tided my H/l, H/c locks.
Hide kept staring at me, blushing. I giggled. "Do i look that cute Hide," He suddenly realised what he was doing and went bright red. "S-SORRY," He shouted, but not too loud that the whole cafe could hear him.
"It's fine," Just as i said that, Kaneki came back with all the drinks. "Thanks Kaneki!" I quickly drink my coffee. They both stare at me.
"TASTY!" I love the coffee here, it's so delicious.
"So....Y/n, Hide what happened when i left?" Kaneki must of noticed the blush on Hide's and my face.
"Nothing!~" I exclaim, while taking a glace at Hide for help.
"Yup, nothing happened!" Hide, quickly exclaimed.
"Ok......" Kaneki looked at us weirdly.
I'm glad he didn't see what happened, or he'll kill me.

There's not a lot of good Hide x readers so, i might make an actual Hide x reader story.
