This is James Hakaru. He is a "researcher." James gets paid to look at old legends and see if they are true or not. Today he is looking at the legend of the Silver Maiden. The legend says

the Silver Maiden. "
James has one goal today and that is to find this girl and what makes her so special. According to peoples retellings of the legend when she comes out of the mirror she shines brightly and asks if the summoner is ready to hear the truth. Or she will grant you one wish, but that sounds more like what a genie would do not a maiden that comes out of a mirror. So, to come up with a conclusion James was going to summon the legendary Silver Maiden.
