"I would never forget or leave you. You know I love you Finch. You know this. Why would you ever doubt that?" Violet responded quickly in concern. She wondered why he would ever doubt such a thing considering how much they loved each other.

She knew there was something else holding him back and making him hide away. Finch was almost under a trance. His depression, she thought. His anxiety, his fears, his love that will be doubted by his own sick mind. All of these thought echoed along with the other thoughts being scrambled and scattered in her twisted and confused mind. She had to help him, but she did not know how.

"Do you know you love me Violet? Or this just a joke like all of the other jokes played on me? I know I shouldn't doubt this but, I can't help it. I'm sorry," Finch said carefully worrying and concerned of the response he'd receive. He knew that she would respond with how much she loved him but he didn't believe her.

He thought he would be rejected and refused by her just like he is by his 'friends' and 'family' he thought he had. "I just...could not hide away from you for any longer. I miss you," Finch added into his last shaking sentence he forced out of his chapped lips.

"You know I do Finch. You kept me alive. You let me understand how great and magnificent the world can be if I just give in to adventure," Violet exclaimed as she quickly turned around to face Finch.

"I love you so much. I don't understand why you even left. You have so much going for you. Trust me," Violet kept rambling on about how angry but relieved she was to be able to talk to him right now.

She knew that he had some reason. No matter what that reason was, she'd listen. She understood his pain, she had lived it.
