Pain shot up his left leg. He takes off in a limp sprint as bullets ricochet around his head. One more foot, and then another, and another. Finally he turns down the dark alley; the walls deaden the sound of the bullets and his footprints. Tired, weakened and bloody he drags himself over to a nearby door and knocks wearily. The answer comes quickly and his limp body is dragged into the room. There is a note pinned to his chest. Gamers: One-Others: Zero. Stop running and fight. Or give up. Now it’s a war.
