Endless Summer Land

"Naomi!? Naomi!" Her mother yelled.

"What mom? I'm not done yet!" Naomi yelled back to her mom.

"You'd better hurry! If your room's not clean we're not going to have your slumber party Friday!" her mother yelled. Then she started the vacuum cleaner downstairs.

I only have one more thing to clean! She thought to herself. It was her desk and it was really messy. She turned to look in the mirror by her desk. Naomi had long dark wavy hair, a love for music, and dressing up she was really tan and had always wanted to be thought as someone special, by someone special.  As she started to put things away, she found a bouncy ball that she had lost awhile back. She went into the hallway and bounced it hard. When it hit the ceiling, the staircase to the attic came down. When it hit the ground, it made a loud thud. 

"What was that?" her mother yelled to Naomi.

"Nothing mom, I just dropped some of my books!" she yelled to keep her from coming upstairs. When she heard the vacuum turn on she let out a breath that she hadn't realized she was holding.  i forgot about the attic! i wonder how long it's been sence we were up there. She thought as she headed up the stairs. She looked around in awe at all the old stuff. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted an old mirror.

The mirror was gold that had faded into a darker golden color. It was very beautiful. At the top of the mirror there was an indent that Naomi thought looked like her necklace that she was wearing. Her great grandma gave her the necklace before she died. She took the charm and placed it perfectly into the spot. Then a big gust of wind came and Naomi was sucked into the mirror.
