When she wake up in the morning and dress for school she didn't expect to see mustapha at the gate of there school as if he is waiting for her arrival.
She is clearly suprise. It shows on her face as he approach her smiling showing that dimple of his she didn't fail to noticed.
''Assalamu alaikum''
says mustapha in a cheerful way.
''Wa alaikumussalam'' she answered with some hesitation.
''What are you doing here?'' she asked him. His smile widen.
''Good morning to you too'' he said in answer to her question.
She just can't help it. She laugh and she was suprised from the sound of it. It really has been a while.
Each smile seemed forced to ziyada. But know what she is feeling is genuine. She almost feel her old self peeping.
''I don't want to keep you here as much as i want to. Because you will run late for your classes. If you will give me your contact i will be glad''
mustapha interrupt her thoughts going straight to the point.
''I really like his courage''
she thought to herself. Out loud she said.
''Thank you but no. If you don't mind excuse me''
He watch her walk away. He don't know what is wrong with him. She has been on his mind all night. Just seeing her know made him feel a little at ease.
He feels like he could get through the day. Despite her not giving him her contact. But well, he is not someone that give up easily.
''I will keep trying ziyada'' He left With that last thought and a promise to himself.

Ziyada was shaking by the time she reached class. For one, she didn't expect to see mustapha ever again.
And she couldn't have been mistaken his asking of her contact. Clearly there is more to it. She could see an opportunity and from the look of it mustapha didn't see those pics.
There is no way a responsible man like him would be intrested in her after seeing those pictures.
And that is a blunt truth that finally admitting it to herself feel as if salt is being rubbed on her fresh wounds. She barely concentrate on her classes that day. She didn't even wait to get home before she called farida and narrate the whole story to her.
She listened as farida call her an idiot for not giving mustapha her contact and telling her to do so if he come back asking.
As she further lecture her about how she can never changed her past. What is done is done. She should look forward to creating a better future.

THE FOLLOWING DAY.
To say ziyada is not dissapointed as to not seeing mustapha when she reached school is an understatement.
She was still feeling it when school was over that day. Walking all by herself to the main road to get a cab home. She feel as if someone is following her.
