Marinette's P.O.V

All four of us; Alya, Nino, Adrien and I walked to class making sure we're not late. And too bad we were late. I tried to walk in silently with my friends behind me. But you know me always clumsy decides to fall over because of my heel on one of my boots decided to take a left turn

Miss Bustier's head perked up and she cleared her throat. Giving them a disappointed look saying that they need to try and make it on time tomorrow. "If you are going to be late please do it more discretely" "Yes Miss Bustier" I replied with a shamed look, if only it wasn't for my clumsiness as I mentally beat myself up for being such a clutz.
The lesson went on as normal.

At lunch time I was talking to Tikki apologizing if I hurt her earlier on "I'm fine Marinette" Tiki reassured
"I know, but if you fell out of my purse everything would go down hill pretty fast" "But it didn't, don't worry it's not the first time it happened" I looked at her and how she said it so casually "Has it really happened before?" I ask curious, she nods "Yep, She was in class and a boy in her class snatched her purse of her which I was in and he found me, I was so shocked and worried but luckily she stepped in she said that I was a mechanical toy for a project she was working on and it was secret so no one else copied her" I raised an eyebrow "And he believed her?" "Suprisingly, yes he did believe her, and he was nice to her ever since" "So if my classmates do see you I can use the same excuse?" She laughed "Of course" "Cool, Tiki hide Alya is coming" I prompt

"Hey Alya, where's Nino? I tease
she playfully rolls her eyes "With Adrien, I don't know he said something about going to the library to search something up" "To search something up? Like what?" "Ultra Mega Strike, cheat codes, they're planning to go to Nino's and play it and see if they work" "Pfft I know every single secret there is to that game I even managed on how to level up using one button! And ot levels you up to five levels" I exclaimed, Alya's eyes almost popped put of her head "OMG! you have to teach me that" I wink at her "Shhh, okay come over mine after school tomorrow and I will show you but you have to swear not to tell a single soul!" I explain. She holds out her hand and we both shake hands "Deal?" "Yes deal"

"Hey Alya? Do you think I will be able to stop stammering and stalling when I'm around Adrien?"
She shrugs and smiles warmly
"It depends...Mari, I think you both need to 'bond' and that will most probably let you know more about him, which will benefit for you. I mean it's pretty hard for him to know what you're saying if you stammer" Alya explained.
"True. I need more courage and confidence and have to believe in myself" I say. She holds her hand up to give me a high five, and we smack hands together, and I look up to see Adrien smiling, Alya nudges my arm and I wave gently and say hello "Hey, is anyone sitting with you both?" He asks and gestures towards the bench.
"No, no no one is sitting here, would you like to sit with us?" I ask politely, I sit there patiently, waiting for him to say no but it wasn't.
"Sure, Nino is still at the library searching up cheat codes for---"
"Ultra Mega Strike?" I ask
He hesitates "Umm yeah how'd you know?"  "I am boss at that game and I know all the tricks and cheat codes" he immediately kneels down and starts moving his arms up and down "Worship the all mighty godess of Ultra Mega Strike" Adrien exclaims, everyone turns their gaze at us and sends, death stares and weird looks. I blush and politely ask Adrien if he could stop 'worshipping' me, he gets back up and apologizes for being inmature, but I explain that it's okay and it just makes me uncomfortable, he nods and sits next to me. I feel like I'm in heaven, Alya winks and gets up "Guys, I'm going to go to the library to see what Nino is up to" I plead with my eyes: Alya please, when I meant courage and confidence it meant that it would take a while, she shakes her head and mouths: everything will be okay. And she just walks away silently probably laughing at the amusement...
