Meeting the Crystal Gems

Emeralds POV
I was sitting on the ground and they all came over to me then I stood up. "An emerald?" The pearl said looking confused. "Y-yes" I said. "What kind of gem are you?" I asked pointing at the unrecognizable gem. "Oh I'm Garnet I'm a fusion" she said with a smile. "OMG! IVE NEVER SEEN A FUSION BEFORE!" I said excitedly.

Garnets POV
She kept asking me questions about fusion. Then she asked for me to unfuse "Can you please unfuse pleaseeeeeeeee." She pleaded. "Ok" I said and unfused. "Whoa! Your a sapphire and a ruby!" She said. We fused back together and she start to examine me. "What are you doing?" Amethyst asked. "Um, I'm just really excited to see a fusion." She said to amethyst.

Stevens POV
Emerald stopped inspecting Garnet and ran out of the door. "Hey, wait where are you going?!" I said as she ran. We all ran after her. She was lying in the sand. "What are you doing?" I asked. "I'm um..... I don't know " She said looking confused.

Emerald's POV
I started to cry. "What am I doing here? Why did I even come?" I said. The Steven came up to me and said. "Well, were you happy where you were before?" "No!" I said still crying. "Calm down, you can stay with us for now!" Said the Steven. "Steven" The pearl whispered angrily. "R-really " I said. "Yes really " said the Steven. We walked back to the temple with the pearl looking annoyed. I was happy to be living with them. "So why are you guys here anyways?" I asked. "We're the crystal gems and we protect earth from homeworld and corrupted gems and stuff like that!" The Steven replied.
