Charley's pov

I woke up to Ben hugging my waist and I smiled and kissed his head. I gently got out of his arms and he hugged the pillow and I got up and got ready for the day. I went downstairs and the guys had the clubhouse cleaned and Unser was talking to Jax and Clay. I walked over and greeted them.

"I got all the paperwork filed and Ben's dad filed custody paper work for you. He's signing all his rights over." Unser said and I smiled. My waist was attacked and I looked down to see Ben.

"Hey buddy your all dressed. You hungry?" I said and he nodded and my mom walked in. She walked right over.

"Mom this is Ben. He's the one Clay told you about last night." I said and she nodded and smiled at Ben.

"Ben this is mine and Jax's mom and Clays wife." I said and he gave her a bright smiled.

"Come on honey let's get you some breakfast." My mom said and he went over to her and they went into the kitchen.

Later.

Ben and I were setting up our new house together with the guys. I got black leather couches and chairs. I basically made my living room look like a bachelor pad. We set up Ben's room and he loves the joker from batman so we did his room up with lots of the Joker. I went my room up with Black and baby blue. Than Ben and I set the Guest rooms up with just Red and white. I hung pictures and everything. We all plopped down on the couches and chairs and let out a huff. I let my mom work on the kitchen and bathrooms. Speaking of which Ben has one in his room. I got him enrolled at the local Elementary school here in town and he starts next week. He's excited. My GT is in the garage and my bike is in the drive way with all the other bikes. Ben was cuddled up to Happy. Yup I found out his name. Happy didn't mind that Ben was cuddled up to him and that's what made me smile. There was a knock on the door and I got up and went to the front door. I opened it only to see David Hale my old freshman boyfriend.

"Dear mother of holy Christ." I groaned and he raised an eyebrow.

"Char who is it?" Jax yelled and hale's jaw dropped.

"The prick I dated freshman year." I yelled back and Opie and Jax were next to me in a minute.

"Your back." He said and I crossed my arms.

"Why are you hear Hale?" Jax asked and I said yeah why are you.

"Got a call saying there were bikers in the neighborhood." He sassed and I smirked.

"Awe look he's going back to being sassy." I taunted and he scoffed.

"At least I'm not screwing everyone." He spat and I busted out laughing.

"You weren't saying that when you gave me your virginity. Hmm what were the words you said. Oh yeah. Oh god oh god." I said and Opie and Jax busted out laughing.

"You were more experienced that's not fair." He barked and I smirked.

"Actually you were my first sadly. And porn helps with that. Now get the fuck off my porch cop." I said and he glared and stormed off. I shut my door and groaned as I got the look we need to talk by Jax and Opie.

Court.

Happy's pov

We were all sitting in court supporting Charley to get full custody of Benjamin. It had been a full month since she took him in. He's even started calling her mom. She broke down in tears when he called her mom. He's called Clay Grandpa and Piney Grandpapy along with calling Gemma Nana. He calls Jax and Opie uncle. He's adjusting well at school which makes the whole club happy. I was brought out of my thoughts from Ben crying.
