Shawn and Jane

Typical day

It was a typical day in my class someone was getting told off by our teacher for not doing there homework...again.

I was counting the hours till the end of school. When finally I herd the bell, I walked out of my class room to put my bags in the bag area. Then my best friend walked up to me "hey jane!" Her name is hazel, she's a really sweet girl, she's a total heartthrob, even the parents agree, she practically gets all the boys, but she isn't snobby like Regina George if that's what your thinking.

"You done with math class?" She asked  "Yes" I replied "HELP ME WITH MATH". I sighed I knew she didn't just ask me if I was done with math class for nothing. "Okkkkk." "thank you!" She pulled me into a tight hug "o-ok...can't breath..." "oops." She pulled away and smiled "sorry"

We headed off to the office of our school, we usually "study" there (by study I mean talk about anything to avoid studying). When we opened the door we found a guy, he was wearing a blue t-shirt and ripped jeans, he looked bored so he just stared out the window.

I knew him....he's my sisters classmate. "Hey shawn" "hm? Oh hey jane" "what're you doing?" "Just thinking....." ok....this conversation is leading no where so I ended it there.

"So jane" She looked at me with a face that says "I know who you like" I groaned "what?" Feeling like I should've not answered "do you still like Blake?~". I face palmed knowing I should've not answered "NO I told you he's just my best friend and your too!" "Ok what ever you say" she smiled I looked at her and devilishly smiled "how about you and Conner?" "Nope! Nope! Nope!". She ran out of the room screaming "nope" and I was left alone with Shawn.

"Hey shawn right your class mates with my sister?" "Yeah!" He looked at me and smiled "what grade are you?" "6th!" I replied. "Hm..." he looked at my face with a thoughtful expression "what?!" I asked defensively "your gonna be in my class right?" "Yup" "well...see you there next year" he smiled and walked out of the room. I watched him as he exited the room thinking to myself. Hmm......he seems different.

I walked out the room and found my friend Blake drawing with little kids. I walked up to him "hey Blake!" I hugged he's neck (well more of putting him on a choke hold) he saw me and smiled "hey jane" he playfully pushed me away. "Why are you still here?" "My sister has a late class" "same..." he groaned but looked at me and smiled "at least we have each other to talk too" "yup" I answered smiling back. I looked at he's drawing, Blake usually drew stick men fighting dragons and stuff like that, but today he was drawing dead children. I smiled "hey wanna draw really creepy stuff and tell people the kids drew that?" He smiled brightly "jane your a genius" "well great minds think alike" I said as I smiled. I knew Blake since I was 5 or 6, were really close, as in REALLY CLOSE.

As I was drawing I looked around the room and saw shawn staring at me. I looked away and started drawing again.

"Hey jane?" "Yeah?" "Who's that guy?" "Oh" I looked over to Shawn's direction "that's shawn" Blake stared at him suspiciously "is he your "friend" he added air quotes "h-hm?.....no! I just know him" I laughed slightly "ok then" Blake said as he shrugged and continued drawing.

After a few minutes Blake sister (Madeline) came in "yo Blake let's go!" She pulled Blake away "bye Jane!" Blake shouted as he went out the door.

"So? I'm not a friend?" Shawn asked. I was surprised that he herd me..."n-no! I just...." "you just?" He smiles..."I-i just don't know you so well.." you want to get to know me?" "Um....sure..." "then let's talk"

So we talked for a while about normal stuff like about studies, siblings, and that kind of thing until my sister came in

"JANE LETS GO!" She grabbed my arm and dragged me out "BYE SHAWN" i exited the room.

In the car, my sister and I were quiet until she asked "hey, what's up with you and shawn" "N-NO!!!" I could feel my cheeks burning at that comment "ok then~" she smirked as she looked out the window.
