Jason Spencer raised his hand. He raised his freaking hand when Emily asked the whole school.

a) It was just corny and embarrassing for her to do so.

b) Everyone unanimously voted that I was pretty, except this pouty cheerleader, which I really don't give a fuck.

c) And lastly, Jason Spencer, the ultimate sexy god, raised his hand? Wait, did I just call him a sexy god? Forget that.

After the vote, some of the jocks and popular boys, including Jason, came to sit down near our table. Emily seemed nervous and shocked, but I hope she didn't mind. But she left and told me to stay where I was. She gave a goofy smile, and went to sit with some other kids. None of the cheerleader and socially high girls came to  sit with us-I guess they were jealous. I dunno. And as if I care.

I actually liked all the attention I was getting. I've never been this popular before. Sure, I was given lots of valentine cards some times, and was asked out for dances, but this was different. I felt like I ruled the social status of school. It made me feel thrilling, and being best friends with prez of school and cute boys weren't something that happened in my daily school life.

They introduced theirselves formally to me and I made a mental note to myself.

Jason Spencer: Basketball team captain, hot, muscular, flunks in algebra, hates girls who wear too much makeup

James Carter: Best friends with Jason, is unavailable with cheerleader Jamie, funny, loves to eat, and lives for Nandos

Greg Williams: Best friends with above, is available, charming and handsome, a real gentleman, great to hang out with

Evan Hanson: Hot, handsome, blonde, and is available, known as 'bad boy of school' and is also best friends with above

I greeted them like a princess and they sat down immediately while I put my bag on the floor. Instead, Greg offered to hold it instead.

"Ali, that bag looks expensive. I'll hold it for you." Before I could say anything, he already had it gripped firmly on his lap and winked at me. I couldn't help but laugh and said 'thank you'.

We sat silently while I munched on my cookies. Suddenly, Evan broke the silence. "So, are you single?"

I coughed down the cookie. "Yes, I'm single pringle!" They all laughed as if it was the funniest thing ever. I raised my eyebrow, and they gradually stopped.

"Well, except for James, everyone is available." Jason winked, mentioning their statuses. I rolled my eyes.

"Did I ever ask?" My voice was full of sarcasm and he noticed.

"Sorry, princess. I take back my words." He mocked, bowing like a servant. I kicked him in the shin, while he glared at me. It went like this forever, until Evan interrupted our cat fight. He cleared his throat and stuttered his words out.

"Hey Al-Ali, do you want to go to a con-concert with me tonight? I have three tickets for an 'One Direction' and 'Emblem 3' LA Tour. I mean if you don't want to go-"

I cut him off. I smiled, this time, a genuine smile because 1D and Emblem 3 are like my favorite boy bands ever. I hugged him, without the fact that we met 10 minutes earlier.

"OMG, I love you Evan! Do you know how much those boy bands mean to me? Are you seriously taking me?"

He ran his hand through his hair and nodded. I kissed him on the cheek, where he blushed. I ruffled his blonde hair and sat down. While Jason seemed a little steamed off, I dunno why, he glared at Evan and me, and opened his mouth.
