I started my muraji'ah a week or so ago. I'd forgotten parts of it. It doesn't feel too great not knowing basics. You prioritise the things you love, right? By the Will of Allah, soon enough I'll look back to this day and smile, knowing that I pulled through, that I was able to do it.
Allah says,
”ولقد يسرنا القرآن للذكر فهل من مدكر“
'And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)?'
If Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the exalted throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, Splitter of the seed and the date stone, Revealer of the Tawrah, the Injil and the Furqan, revealed this verse, informing me of its ease, who says I cannot do it?
By His Will, I can and I will.
