Now Then...

Hi there my people! 

Ichi: Don't let her fool you, she's upset. 

S-shut-up Ichi...

Naru: No one has asked her any questions and only two people even looked at it. *nods*

It's okay! Besides, I have another chapter! 

Ichi: Oh, Kami. What is going on? What is going to happen to me? 

I'm not telling~ 

Naru/Ichi: Oh, Kami...

The figure in black seemed to lazily splay himself on the branches near the house the two rested in. He folded one leg and rested it on the branch, and the other hung in the air. The glasses under the hood flashed in the moonlight, and a voice whispered from behind. 

"I don't recall ever inviting you to the village... Kabuto," the voice hissed. 

"Ah, an anbu. I guess they don't trust our new, orange-haired friend," the man, who was now known as Kabuto, chuckled. 

"And how would you know of him?" the frog anbu asked. 

"Oh, Ichigo? I believe one of my friends had greeted him earlier," Kabuto smiled. 

"The snake," the anbu hissed. 

"Bingo." 

With that, the anbu fell from the tree, and his body landed on the ground. Kabuto now had to act fast, this was going to take a bit of skill. He hopped through a open window in the boys's house, and silently walked about. He found the wolf, quickly knocking it completely out. He found his target to be asleep on the couch, making it easy for him. Ichigo, who heard someone in the house, stirred, and Kabuto froze. Ichigo's eyes fluttered open, and the grogginess of being awake left his vision blurry. He could see a figure in the dark, but couldn't make out who it was. 

"Naruto? Kakashi?" Ichigo questioned. 

"No, not even close," Kabuto smirked. 

Ichigo, now fully alert sat up, but something was shoved into his face, and Ichigo inhaled the strange sent. 

IT'S DRUGGED! Shiro hissed. NARUTO! HELP!  

Naruto, who was asleep, woke up and looked around. He heard Shirosaki's shout, and now his brain was in hyper speed. His brother was in danger. 

"Ichigo!" Naruto shouted, and Kabuto cursed.  

Kabuto picked up the now unconscious Ichigo and headed out the window. He didn't make it very far before the anbu started their chase. Kabuto cursed again, and headed for the forest. He had only been going for a few minutes, when he sensed Orochimaru's presence. He headed there, and there stood the snake himself. Orochimaru's pale skin shined in the moonlight. 

"Sir, what are you doing out here?" Kabuto asked, dropping Ichigo on the ground gently.   

Orochimaru did not answer, but instead knelt by Ichigo, brushing his hair in almost a loving manner. He made a few hand signs, and quickly bit Ichigo's throat. The orange haired reaper's eyes short open, and let out a gasp in pain. Ichigo tried prying Orochimaru off, but he was getting weaker by the second. Ichigo whimpered, and tried connecting with Naruto. 

Naru...
