Chapter two

Emma's POV
  Beep,Beep,Beep..my alarm rang and I managed to hit the stop button with a curse,after sitting up, I had my morning exercise and headed to the bathroom to take a very warm,soothing Shower. I stepped out of the bathroom and blow dried my hair and then greasing it afterward.
  
Today is a Monday and I wanna look my best going to school,I heard a knock followed by my mum's voice...
   "Emma,hurry..you're going to be late "
I checked the time on my watch and it was already 8:25,school starts at 9 am.

  Hurriedly walked to my closet and picked out my clothes a white crop top that had characters on it and a black ripped skinny jean,after putting them on,I went to my shoe rack and picked out my pink laced up sneakers, satisfied with my clothing I Unhanged my long short leaved brown jacket..put on some makeup and took a last glance at my self on my mirror and then went out. I was met with a hug "Hm..good morning sweetheart".

"Hey mum"..I hugged her back, "mum?"
"Yes dear"my mum withdrew from the hug and moved to the kitchen.
"I was wondering if dis black ripped jeans go with the top or do you want me to change it,I really wanna look my best today,you no its a Monday and...." I was cut off by Ellie.
"You look okay Emma..cut the drama and let's go to school"she states.

I smiled and took my brown hermes cross bag from the study
"I'm driving"..I heard Ellie shout from d porch jingling the keys.I joined her and we headed to school.

A big sultry house for the Theo family,beautified with riches just by the look of it,workers loiter the compound all seeing to their jobs..no one ever regrets working there because Mr Theo himself gives them a good pay.
  
Mrs Theo sat on d boss's chair going to some file,her daughter stormed in holding a slip of paper.
  "Mum,mum"..showing the slip to her."what is this?
"What is?".looking at the slip
"This".Jade placed it on the table and crossed her hands.

Her mum looked at it and smiled..
"Oh,sweetheart,you really don't need to worry about all this,it doesn't matter at all.
She pulled a chair closer to her mum and sat down crossed legged.

"Mum..it does,it only favours kim...mum why is that?

"Jade sweedie". She started in a usual calm voice. "Kim is older than you are  and it will of course Favour him  since he is the real heir"

"What are you saying mum,that I won't have a share,is it because his mum married dad at first"

"No,not that.."

Dad definitely told me it would be in my Favour but this"she hits the paper with her fingers.
"This doesn't look like it"

"Jade,would you please listen to what I have to say OK,I'm your mother.I gave birth to you and I know what's best for you so please just listen..okay?"

Jade crosses  her hands on her chest and leaned back like  okay I'm listening expression

"Nick parker is going to be back today". Miss Theo began.

"How does that concern me and this"she shrugged.

"Well,it does in many ways,we actually talked to his CEO and he said its okay"

"Uhm..What is okay?"

"You are gonna date him then you can get engaged after high school but if things get a Lil bit heater than I expected then you can do it right away"she smiled

"How is dating Nick Osment getting me my wealth, mum it doesn't make any sense"

"It does sweetheart..trust me,it does"
