Human school?

✝Ruby POV✝

Me and Beau are walking to school. I wasn't excited at all, guess you could say I was happy to be with a guys. I don't care if girls talk shit or think Im ugly, them saying that isn't gonna change everything so.

"Hey, are Luke and Jai seniors?" I said. It's kind of confusing for me at first. I haven't been to school long enough to get it.

"No, Luke, Jai and James are Juniors. Daniel and me are seniors." So Daniel and him are the oldest wish my brothers are like Luke and Jai. Had each other back,

"What's your elective?" I asked looking up he rubs his head and taking a couple seconds to think about it.

"Drama."

"Oh I didn't know you like acting." I wiggle my eyebrows towards him and he giggles. because my eyebrows are black and thin and arch.

"What about you?"

"I hope I get art."

"You can draw?" He ask. I took my notebook out of my bag and show him a few couple drawings I did back in Colorado.

"Ahh that's sick." He likes the skulls, roses, the crossbones and Jack Skellington.

"You're cute when you smile." Beau said with a half smile aw best friend love.

"Thank you." I blush slightly, I look straight I can see the school oh shit I some girl are hella stared at me. Fucking whores.

"Just ignore the girls there just jealous cause your with me." He said holding my waist, cutest thing I heard today. Me and Beau walk to the office we walk up to the front.

"May I help you?" The lady at the counter said. She had light brown that ended at her shoulder, she also had very fair skin with not blended blush on.

"Can I have my schedule." I ask. She got closer towards me and as she did the more she frown.

"Yes of course, what's your name dear?" She had a pile of schedules right on the counter.

"Ruby Empire."

"Oi yes, your the only Ruby at this school. " She handed me it and I walk out with Beau. I hope I got a class with the boys surely make me feel comfortable in class.

Period1: Government -Mrs. Buckley
Period2: English12 -Ms. Galley
Period3: Calculus -Mr. Bishop
Period4: Art 1 -Ms. Green
Period5: Chemistry -Mr. Luke
Period6: PE2 -Mr. Lee

"Here my schedule." Beau said. I grab it fast and examine his to find any same classes.

Period1:Government -Mrs. Buckley
Period2:Chemistry -Mr. Rose
Period3:English12 -Mr. Novels
Period4:3D designs -Mrs. Gomez
Period5: Drama -Ms. Shaw
Period6:PE2 -Mr. Lee

"Yes! We have first period and six." Why does he have PE as a senior? You only need two years of it. So far school is going good for me I got Beau in my class! But we're just Friends. I heard the bell rings now I'm off for my first day in Government. I wonder if girls with Beau a lot.. My cheeks stared burning and my eyebrows furled.

"The hallway is so crowded." I push few girls outa my way, I don't give two shit about them. Beau got me a locker, he is so sweet.

"We'll get you books at lunch." Beau said. The lockers were burgundy, there was top and bottom lucky me I got a top. And all the locks were the same, black convo. Beau pulled me into B20 suddenly telling the teacher about me. I shake my head and look around there desks around the whole class facing the middle I'm guessing she talking in the middle the most?

I got able to sit next to Beau. Our desks were near the only door, the desks had a chair connected to the desk so I can't move my chair at all. The desk were beige and the paint was peeled off, with a lot of doodles. I just watch all the students walk in and take there seats take out there text book.

"Will this fucking class ever end?" I growled at Beau. I  already felt annoyed to be here. I put my head on the desk, she not even notice half the class is asleep. I could sleep right now my eyes slowly close but I felt a kick on my leg instantly felt irritated I know it was Beau, I lifted my head Mrs. Buckley was talking about witch craft and asked me the question.

"Ms. Empire, when was witch craft?" Mrs. Buckley Interrupted my time. I saw the whole class staring at me. Why are we talking about witch craft when this is Government? Whatever I'll answer this.

"July 21, 1777." Everybody eyes got wider at me. Guess everyone shock because they don't know the answer. Mrs. Buckley goes back to teaching she holding her Government book as she walking around ours desks. I observe the whole class I'm the only goth one here but different is better then normal. Normal people scares me. I remember why I hated school being forced here being bored as hell, we really don't learn about anything anymore.

"How did you know that without looking at your text book?" Beau whisper.  I look over to see if Mrs. B was looking over and she wasn't. Even Bean was shocked to hear I knew the answer that's cute.

"I was there in 1777." I smiled and he smile a back. His smile was adorable I could look at it for a long time. Now we're working on our work book answering questions the work book give us. We have todo two pages for us to leave, that was a great started for my day. I rolled my eyes and help Beau out with these questions

"Number 1, Which political party started taxing Social Security annuities?" Beau says. I put my finger over my lips started to think.

"The taxation of Social Security began in 1984 following passage of a set of Amendments in 1983, which were signed into law by President Reagan in April 1983. These amendments passed the Congress in 1983 on an overwhelmingly bi-partisan vote." Beau look up at me and immediately smile.

"Have I ever told you I love me a smart girl?" My cheeks felt hot and my eyes were wide open. I didn't believe I was that intelligent, Beau was different my ex.. And I loved it maybe even like him.
