I am katie. I am a drummer. Drummers are special people to me.
I have been skillfully taught and trained how drum since i was about 6 years old. And i mean yes, its the same for cheerleading and skateboarding, but nothing is the same as the great love i have for drumming. It takes a very talented person to become one of the greatest drummers. And it takes balls to be able to accept the fact that you are claimed within the drumline clan.
Drumming is a great peice of my world. And no one can take it away.
When you see someone else or meet someone else who shares that special talent with you, you automatically click. Like when i go to competitions, i see all the other dedicated drummers who really enjoy what they do. Even tho i must say that drummers never make good couples. Lol they are always in competition with eachother. But i guess thats what makes it fun! A drum set in front of me makes me the happiest person.
