Hello! This is Black Battler reporting *cleans the blood in his sleeve* I know, I know, I've been delaying a new part of the story, but damn... Never thought it would take me this long. I got busy with family's parties, college, helping in the store we own, college again and money related-problems. Also my sister was writing her story, she wants to make a book but make it famous here on Wattpad... And me? This is just a hobby. I hope I hone my skills as long as I keep writing, time flew while I was thinking what I wrote this time...

A kid was getting dressed when a female voice shouted 'The breakfast is ready!!'

Kid: Give me a sec, mom!

Mom: Hurry up or we're eating and leaving without you, sweetie!

The kid run downstairs and took a seat in front of his mother

Kid: Hey, where's papa? You hurried me and he's still not here-

Mom: *She cut his child's complain* You already know that even if he's the last to come, he's the first to finish his plate, instead of talking try eating

The kid grunted but took the silverware, when he ate around half of his breakfast, his father arrived

Dad: What's up, champion? Ready to go? *he seated beside his nodding*

Kid: Jush lemme *spoke with food in his mouth and gulped it* take my bag after this, dad

They finished their food and everyone went to the garage, a guy in a suit approached the father

???: Good morning. I apologize for not being there to prepare the food, I didn't sleep well, master.

Dad: Don't worry, Alex, it's okay. More importantly... Do you want me to prescribe you something to sleep better? It's the fourth consecutive day you overslept

Alex: No, sir, that won't do... Something keeps me awake, I just feel something's off, it's like what precedes a tragedy

Mom: Alex, you're getting stressed over nothing. You can take some vacations if you want to or rest more, just tell us

Alex: ...I'm fine, madam, I will take care of everything here you can go to work. *The kid hugged the butler*

Kid: Mom and dad are strong, they can take care of themselves, Alex. I wanna be as strong as them when I grow up *the butler relaxed a bit and smile to the little child*

They left in a luxurious car, passing through the front garden gate; the butler entered the house... He called for other butlers and some maids, he was the head butler after all. The orders were to clean the mansion, and report any anomalies to him, he personally was going to clean his bosses room.

A guard stopped the silver car who was about enter the park of the complex

Guard: Hello, doctors... Hard-working as always, huh? It's this early and you already arrived

Dad: Of course, success doesn't await for none, you have to put your efforts to make it happen

Kid: Dad... You're just obsessed with your investigation... *the father was about to argue about this*

Guard: Hey, buddy! It's been a while, you came to lend your parents a hand? *the kid nodded* So you want work here too in the future? *the kid nodded happily*

The guard let them pass after chatting a little more, and after parking, they walked towards a building that had a few windows in the upper floors and just a biometric door in the lowers. The parents were scientists with doctor's degree, they were working for a company who paid them a fortune... They were the head researchers for new materials that could be used in health care, that wasn't the only reason they received vast amounts of money, it was also because they reduced costs during the investigation.
