Scarlett woke up to find herself in the back of an armored van, and she sat up, only seeing darkness. She tried her best to break the chains that were on her wrists, but she couldn't. She sighed and heard the car stop and people talk.
'Where am I?' She thought to herself as the doors opened and a person grabbed her.
"Welcome to your new home," he said as he pulled the blindfold off, letting her see the giant building. "Don't lose your head on the first day."
She sighed and kept her head down, wanting this to be a dream, and the guard led her to the office of this massive building.
"Hello, Daniel," the guard bowed and pushed Scarlett to her knees. "It's a pleasure to be in your appearance."
The man scoffed and walked over to Scarlett, who was keeping her head down and not saying a word. He bent down and held her face to look at his, and she has three cuts through her cheek.
"A nice specimen," he said silently, and he looked at the guard and gave him a satchel. "Thank you. You can leave."
The guard bowed and left quietly, and Daniel walked over to his desk and picked up a syringe. She stayed quiet but began to look at him as he came closer, and he bent down and looked at her.
"This will only hurt for a second," he put the needle in her neck and began to put the medicine in her body. "This will help you with your first few hours."
She winced and then suddenly passed out, falling to the floor, and he backed up and placed the syringe on the desk. He pulled out a walkie talkie, and he put it to his mouth.
"I need S7-3021 in my office please," he said, and he placed the walkie talkie back in his pocket.
A young, masculine man walked in to the room, having a bit darker skin tone than Daniel, and he had black, scruffy hair and chocolate brown eyes. He bowed and kept his head down.
"S7-3012 at your service, sir," he said sternly as he straightened and stared at Daniel. "What is needed for me to do?"
"Take our new prisoner to cell c5-2318," Daniel said, and the guard picked up Scarlett and left the room.
He brought her to the cell, and he took the cuffs off and laid her on the bed. He walked out and closed the door, and he locked the door and tossed the keys to the warden.
"This prisoner is to stay on watch until further notice," the man said, and he left to go guard the front.
