Prayer for a hurt heart

Lord, 

You know my heart, and what I have done, forgive me for breaking your heart everyday. My heart breaks in sorrow when these events take place. They hurts my feelings Lord, help me to rebuke their words and be kind back to them. I feel constantly judged by them, and I am always holding in my tears. When will they lash out next Lord? Are these how friends treat each other? Forgive me Father, for I tremble in fear of being out of your presents. Allow me to be a light in their lives. Lord, I know not what their life is like, nor do I have the right to assume, or accuse. For the sake of your kingdom and eternal love, grant me forgiveness, humble me O God. When one leaves me out for unknown reasons to me, you know their hearts, and true intentions. When I start to want to defend myself, hold my tongue, when I want to scream and cry towards them about how hurt I am, keep me still in your presents, be by my side, when things are good and they are kind, give me strength when the battle begins.
