Lana's POV
Sean and I just left the house to go for a walk. I am kind of worried leaving Maddie behind because I have not had her out of my eye sight since I brought her back home. She will be ok though, she's with my friends.
Sean pulls me out of my thoughts: "She's ok Lana."
Me: "Wait...how did you"
Sean: "Know that you are wondering if your daughter is ok? Because I know you and your beautiful caring personality."
Did he just complement me? Sean and I have been kind of flirting for a couple of months now but nothing has really happen.
Me: "Um.. Thanks Sean."
Sean: "You do know that don't you?"
Me: "Know what?"
Sean: "That you are the most beautiful girl I have ever laid my eyes on. Our personality is amazing and cute."
I'm starting to blush a bit, he is being so kind right now.
Sean: "Lana?"
Me: "Yes?"
Sean: "Do you feel something with me? You know... off camera?"
Me: "Of course I do. You are handsome and kind and so much more. You are my total package."
Sean smiles: "Do you want to maybe have dinner tomorrow evening?"
Lana: "Wait Sean..."
Sean: "Oh god I'm sorry you meant friend didn't you? I'm sorry just forget I said anything."
Lana: "No! Sean! I want to go out for dinner with you so bad and I want to be with you. But I have my daughter and I thought maybe that would be a deal breaker."
Sean: "What? Lana, I love children, especially yours. Maddie is such a sweet little girl, just like her mom. I would love to get to know her and have her become apart of my life too maybe in the future?"
Me: "Yes let's go for dinner, pick me up tomorrow at six?"
Sean: "Sure thing your Majesty."
Me: "Oh shut up you!"
We made it back to the house, I wonder what Maddie is doing right now? We walk in the front door and I hear crying. Immediately I know it's Maddie so I run towards it. I see Ginny holding Maddie bouncing her up and down trying to calm her down. I run over and take Maddie into my arms.
Me: "Baby what's wrong? What happen?!"
Maddie just gripped my shirt and snuggled her head into my chest.
Ginny: "She was fine and then she asked where you were and when we told her you went on a walk she flipped out!"
Me: "What was she saying?"
Ginny: "She was yelling mommy over and over and again."
Maddie is now quiet and I walked over to the couch and say her on my lap.
Me: "What happen honey?"
Maddie: "You left!"
Me: "I just went for a quick walk I was going to come back baby!"
Maddie: "No leave me again! I want you!"
Maddie thought I left her again? No, no, no I'm never leaving her again! Why would she think that? I knew I shouldn't have left. How am I going to get dinner with Sean tomorrow when I can't even leave the room without Maddie for 10 minutes?
Sean: "The little one ok?"
Me: "She was just scared that I was gone. She's okay now though, I feel awful."
Sean: "Maddie?"
She turns her head and looks at Sean.
Sean: "Do you love your mommy?"
She nodded her head and hugged her again, wrapping her little arms around my neck.
Sean: "See? She's fine, kids do it all the time."
Me: "Thanks Sean."

A few hours later it was time to go home. Maddie didn't want to leave me the whole rest of the party. Such a big change, like last week she was crying to get away from me and now she is crying to be with me. I love that my baby wants me, but I still need her to learn to be by herself. I said bye to everyone and they said bye to Maddie too.
Sean: "Bye Lana, can't wait for tomorrow! And bye little princess!"
Me: "Thanks me too... Maddie say bye bye!"
Maddie: "Goodbye!"
With that Maddie and I headed home.

At home it was time for Maddie to go to bed.
Me: "Maddie, bed time! Let's go upstairs."
She grabbed my hand and we slowly walked up the stairs together. I helped changed her into PJs and we brushed her teeth, she actually let me.
Me: "Ok get into bed and I'll tuck you in, okay?"
Maddie crawled into her bed and I tucked her in tight. I kissed her forehead and began to walk away.
Maddie: "Mommy no!"
Me: "What's wrong?"
Maddie: "Mommy come!"
She patted the bed, she wants me to sleep with her.
Me: "Maddie, you can sleep by yourself it's okay."
Maddie: "NO!"
She got up from her bed and ran over to me and wrapped her arms around my legs.
Me: "Maddie please get in bed, mommy tired."
Maddie: "I tired, but with you!"
I sighed, I really don't want to fight with her tonight. I picked her up and brought her to my room. Finally, the day was over and we both feel asleep.
