Bryce's pov:
"I told you I would catch you~" Ryan whispered in my ear sending gooss bumps up my arms and making me blush
"now let's go on that walk." he said before suddenly standing up carrying me bridal style out the door. I wrapped my arms around his neck and look anywhere else but those gorgeous eyes
"Awww your so cute" he said and i dug my tomato face in his shoulder. i look up and see how far the castle is, realing how long he has been carrying me
"R-Ryan, y-you know you c-can put me d-down now..." i said looking at him in the eyes AHHH fuck he's so hot.
"ya i know..."he said making eye contact with me
"when i arrived to the castle I saw a beautiful spot in this garden, a maze i think." he said smiling at me before breaking eye contact with me
when we arrive at the maze he puts me down
"This place is so beautiful." He says sitting down on the grass, looking up to the sky
"Ya it is, when I was a kid I used to run in here with my parents and we used to see who could go to the middle first. I said chuckling at the memories and sit down next to him
"It would take hours though." He laughed at my comment.
"Then, you wanna race to the middle?" He asked looking at me.
"U-um sure." I said and got up as we both walked to the beginning of the maze
"Okay bryce see you in the middle!" Ryan said running in and going left
"wai- wait that's not fair!" i said running in and going the opposite direction
As i walk around i can feel like i already know the way. I've been in here so many times as a kid, I feel like i know every way in and out of the maze. walking in the maze after almost 8 years...it's just crazy, it's crazy that i feel almost every trick and shortcut to this maze. I take a right turn and not paying attention i bump into a dead end. Ow shit i giggle a bit before moving on. I kept walking and i bumped into a few more dead ends but i look and see flowers. I remember those. I walk and I see such a beautiful view in the sky, and more beautiful flowers. I smile and run making two left turns and a right. I knew it. I smiled at my thought as i made it to the middle. There was a little bench and behind it were rose bushes. the was a little pond of water with little fish. Wow has it really been that long? I thought to my self before i find myself fast asleep on the bench.
Ryan's pov:
I kept making it to a few dead ends and it was frustrating.
"UGH fuck!" i yelled as I ran into ANOTHER dead end
"i'm this fucking close to giving up." i said with a seigh. I look around and I see Roses which have not been in the maze at all so far. i follow the maze and see more flowers, and a beautiful veiw of the lilac sky, wow has it really been that long? from there the only way to go right. I go right and see the middle i see a little pond and keep moving foward until i see a bench with a little smol prince sleeping on it. i chuckle at the sight. i walk over and pick him up to find the way out of the maze.
