I drive into a parking lot, the pavement broken and crumbled. Kinda like my soul. Just kidding no. I glance to my side and I see nothing but blurs, people. Whatever, this is just another school in  another damned town and honestly I don't care, It'll probably be just like everywhere else. Here for one second gone the next.

I walk into the school, holding my chin high enough to look confident but not to much that I end up looking like a snob. The hallway is lengthy but I see a sign to my left when I step in that says 'Front Office'

"Hi there miss, how can I help you?"A skinny, mocha colored woman says. Looking up from her screen she abruptly stops her typing leaving the rest of the office in peace and quiet. I open my mouth to answer her but before I get the chance a oak door, with a heavy golden handle is swung open and reveals a red faced, balding man, his stomach poking out the bottom of his pulled tight plaid shirt. Next to him is a boy, maybe a year older then me, (Imagine Gregg sulkin) He has tan skin, with soft touchable brown hair swept to the side and a rude glare. He smelled like a wolf.

I did not get much time to say anything because the mystery boy leaves with nothing but smirk in my direction to acknowledge that I am alive. I blush and look at my beat up black converse.

"Cassandra Smythe, I just moved her." I respond slowly to the woman still at the desk, her face  to whatever just went down. She nods and hands me a small parchment folder dyed a weird cringey red.

"This has your schedule and assignments for the week so you can get caught up." The desk woman says her face now back on the screen, her fingers typing away.

I step out and pull out my phone , and looked at the time it reads 9:45. I sigh and pull out my schedule and see that its time for 2nd period it says 'Calligraphy' ok thats pretty cool I can roll with that.
I make my way to room 148 at the end of the burgundy paint lined walls.

Well that day was not the best, I make my way out to the car Ms.Doubinoski left for me. A glossy black truck, with 5 passenger seats. I open the driver seat door and swing my blue plaid backpack to the passenger. I look to the screen GSP, it had directions lead for me. A note at the bottom of the screen is a note from Patricia saying

'Cassandra, my dear because of your lunar skills I have lead you to a house that is a powerful pack. Since you are a rouge most would not accept you but for reasons you will soon find out they have made an acception for you, best of luck,

Patricia'

I follow the instructions through the winding roads, most not pavement but rock. I stop when the  locater stops.

Before me stands a beautiful large stone house, the metal railings and lush gardens prominent. I think of back home where something like this could never be seen. There is a problem to this mountain paradise, I see a million and one wolves running around the house.

I stumble confused and lost, I take the path that twists around the house I look out to see hundreds of wood and stone houses, all full of the scent of wolf.

I turn scared and confused and see him. A pair of large green eyes. Similar. The boy.

And he smells like mate, my wolf is magnetized to him.

"Mate"
