Of course, with no parents, we all had to go to the orphanage. It was absolutely, positively, horrible there! These ladies were dressed in penguin outfits and were always atrocious! We had to do chores, and it was horrible. We always had to hide our toys because if they found them, they would burn them to the ground. I always read stories to my little sister before bed. But of course, I had to whisper because if the horrid penguin ladies found the books, they would burn them. My sister would always complain that she couldn't hear me. Why did I have to be here? I knew I had to find a way to escape. But how?
After I read a story to my little sister, I went to bed. The next morning I woke up early and woke up my twin. I told her about what I wanted to do and I needed a plan. But of course, if the penguins heard me, they would put me in timeout and I would have less time for breakfast. I hate this place.
So when I asked my twin what the plan was she said she was too tired and she would need more sleep to think of one. Well, later that day, she got an idea. She said that we should all get in a timeout because there's a window close to the timeout corner. The timeout corner is on the first floor so don't worry. So the next day, we all got up early and were being extremely loud. That got us all in timeout. When everyone was at breakfast, we climbed out of the window and ran as fast as possible. We were gone. We finally got out of that miserable place.
