RYAN WILLIAMS
"Yes Mom! I understand Mom!" I yelled back through the house, my voice bounced off the hollow walls. "Please be safe and DON'T get any girls pregnant!!" I blushed, rubbing the cold handle of my suitcase. "MOM!" A brown haired older woman giggled at me, walking down the stairs and hugged me tight, as she pulled away I smiled, wiping away her tears. "Don't Cry Mom.. I can visit you regularly" her warm smiled filled my heart with happiness for my new year of college. My hands rested back on my suitcase as I pulled away from the hug. She wiped her eyes one last finally time and handed me my phone that sat on the center island in the kitchen we stood in. My Mother brushes away her strand of hair. I blew away my black hair and mentally made sure I had everything. I gave her one last kiss before walking through the doorway.
The drive was long, and I normally had my hands on the steering wheel. But out of the corner of my eye sometimes, I would see green lush forests surround my new college. My parents were nice enough to pay for a dorm, for I had won a Scholarship in musical theater. Along the bumpy road of rocks and valleys I stopped at a 'Burger King' to grab a meal before I continue the rest of my drive through the beautiful woods. I jammed out to my punk music in the car, happily singing along.
"Why do we incest

We'll take these issues
Step by step by step"
Lost in the music, I noticed my vessel had stopped and I was faced with the red and white building people called 'Valley town College' A smile painted my face as I unloaded the three boxes I had and entered the courtyard. The receptionist seemed busy with other calls so I sat down. After about ten minutes of me checking out Facebook and her fighting with others on the opposite end of the phone. She called me over;
"Um..Honey..."
I bolted up my head and turned around to face her, her bright green eyes to match mine gleamed with shyness.
"Umm, Yeah?"
She smiled at me, motioning for me to come over. I applied that action and walked over, setting the boxes down by me and looking from beyond the counter at the girl, her dirty blond hair sat nicely over her white blouse she was dressed in. I would have had a thing for her, but we just met.
"Are you waiting for a dorm number, sir"
I nodded in reply, her eyes locked on her computer as she tapped away at the keys.
"Mr. Kuroshi?" I nodded again as I turned and scanned the waiting room. The large gray rug fitted the room with it's red chairs and sofas.
"Room 123" I turned back around and took the keys, "Thank you Ma'am" She lightly blushed and nodded back as I left for my new dorm.
....I wonder who my roommate is...
I thought as I grabbed my boxes and headed up to room 123....
