PLOT BLURB:
In a dystopian world, future New York City, there lies an hourglass. Nothing special; the size of a grandfather clock, a vintage thing full of black sand.
Yet, it holds the entire Earth's future. When the sand runs out, it marks the end of the world.
Every week, on Friday at 11:59pm when the sand is almost gone, humans turn the hourglass over, and the countdown starts again.
No one knows where this hourglass was found. All they know is they rely on it to live. This goes on for centuries.
One day, the hourglass is stuck, and they can't turn it around.
They're trapped.
7 days, and it's up to Haley Riordan and his best friend Robynn Glickman, to save the world. They find secrets and learn more about The Hourglass in their quest against time.

So, I figured.
What's writing stories on Wattpad when you still haven't created your original piece? So here it is. Wondering how I got the idea? Read Below.

HOW I GOT THE STORY IDEA:
During guide, {or study hall} I went to my math class to study. My teacher had an hourglass, and I kept playing with it. Then Mrs. Scott {my teacher} began talking about her 1 hour one she had at home. Since I already loved dystopian worlds, I loved the idea I came up with.

HOW I GOT CHARACTER'S NAMES:
Haley Riordan-
If you read my other stories, you would know I love Percy Jackson.
Guess who started those stories? Haley Riordan, the person who Rick Riordan told bed time stories to.
Robynn Glickman-
Robyn {spelled differently} was my camp counselor. She's so nice. Then, I was lying on my bed. I stared out my window, thinking of names. Then, something caught my eye. It was a ROBIN. In the middle of winter. Glickman is the last name of my old friend I lost touch of a long time ago.
