I let go of Laura and started laughing along with her. We were having a good laugh, I still felt nervous around her but I was doing a good job hiding it. She was laughing while taking my hand in hers and taking me to the canteen. Only a few people turned to look at us, but then went back to their own business.
My and Luara went up the food area. I picked up two trays and handed one to Laura, she took it and smiled. I loved her smile, it made me feel good inside. We got our food and payed, we went over to a table that was empty, and something that I was begging not to happen...happened.
"Hey there, Rossy. We still on for our date tonight?" I looked up to find that same cheerleader that seemed think was 'sexy' in some way.
"Look, there are quite a few reasons I don't want to go out with you. At all!" she looked at me confused.
"OK, and what would that be babe?" I cringed at her calling me that because he voice was screechy, what? That's my opinion; anyway I stood knowing there was an audience. So I took a deep breath and looked straight at her with a sincere look. She started to look worried, so she started to talk towards me.
"Ok, 1) I don't know your name. 2) I don't like you 3) No offence but your creepy 4) you saying babe to me is really creepy because for one thing I'm not your 'babe'. I won't ever be yours, why? Because I am saving myself for someone else" I wanted to look at Laura to show her it was her but if I did that then this cheerleader would find a way to hurt her and I didn't want that.
"Oh, well 1) Lucy 2) I like you, so your gonna like me wether you like it or not 3) I'm not creepy, she is. 4) You are my babe because I decided that you will be because a) your sexy b) your smoking c) I love you d) I'm popular and if you don't you will be punished along with that." As she said everything she pointed to Laura behind me, I looked round to her tearing up. That broke my heart. I gave 'Lucy' a chance to back off, but she just hurt Laura. Too far!
"Lucy, 1)I don't like you 2) You're not going to force me to do anything I don't want to do 3) your are so creepy 4)That's not your place to say 5) I don't care your popular, and don't even think of hurting Laura because you will regret it." I said all of that while facing off to her, she didn't move only she just smirked. I could feel this wasn't gonna end well. She grabbed my face and attempted to kiss me, I was about to pull away when Lucy was pushed off me by Laura.
"Oh, you did not just try to kiss my boyfriend. Bad move Hunni." Lucy looked at me shrugged and I looked at her and she shrieked and ran out the canteen. I watched Laura while she turned round. She was smiling. She just stood up for me and herself.
"Laura, I need to talk to you. Like right now." I took a hold of her hand and took her to an empty room. I close the door; I turned to look at her to find her sitting on of the chairs. I kneeled down beneath her, she was smiling.
"Laura, are you ok? Can I just say 'Wow' that was awesome?" She looked at me smiling and I didn't realise that I was so close to her face. That she grabbed my face and kissed me right on the lips, because it's Laura I didn't pull back but only intensified the kiss. The kiss I would say lasted for about 30 seconds before we had to pull back for air.
"You can say it" she laughed while looking at me, ok it was official. I'm chancing my friendship with her but she just stood up for me and herself and she just kissed me and I know for a fact she felt sparks. My whole vibrated from the kiss.
"Your Awesome Laura, but I need to ask you a question" she looked me with a massive smile like she knew what I was going to say.
"Ask away." I looked down and took a deep breath and look back to find her biting her bottom lips slightly.
"Laura Marie Marano, will you please please please go out with me?" she looked at me shocked but then out of no-where she jumped into my arms, yelling the words "Yes, yes yes yes" I smiled big time.
"Ok, tomorrow I will pick you up at 8 sharp. Dress nice but light." I winked at her before pecking her cheek and leaving her speechless.
OMG, I just asked Laura Marie Marano and she said Yes. This has to be the best date in the history of dates. I would ask Rydel, but the last person to ask her for help, then ended up stuck somewhere. I am not going there. Anyway, I have less than a day to get the perfect opportunity to ask her to be.....
What will he ask her to be.....comments on what he will ask her????....
