Chapter 3

KIDS POV

The new girl Candi wasn't symmetrical. A pony tail on one side of her head, and her cat ears. One was a bit crooked then the other, if I wasn't paying any attention it would look even. But even still, her eyes looked at me. It felt as if she was staring through my very soul. Yellow orbs for eyes, just like mine, but hers were brighter looking like they were filled with happiness.

She waltz over to me, her hips moving innocently and sexy at the same time. Her heels clicked silently and stopped right in front of me. She smiled sweetly held out her hand. "Hello, I'm Candi. Kotoaro , Candi. And you must be Kid?" I suddenly felt heat crawling to my face.

"Yes, I am. Death The Kid. Meister , and my weapons Liz and Patty." I slide both my hands out to my sides , cleverly pointing to the both of them.

"Ah, yes, I'm an meister also, but as well as an weapon."

"Weapon blood?" I questioned staring at her, she smiled and looked at Maka, mouthing something to her. I stared at Maka whose eyes widen but settled.

"Yes, we're the same." We stood confused but I finally got it. Maka had weapon blood in her as well. That was how she partly defeated Asura.

Candi smiled and turned to Father, "I will be leaving for now. I will safely get to class. Goodbye and nice meeting you all." She bowed quickly and ran away like a fairy ready for flight. I turned my attention back to my father who, had an sickly sweet handclaps.

"Such an beautiful girl!" He said.

"Lord Death, I'm glad that there is a new student but, I came to talk to you about other things. " Maka said, stepping up to my father.

"Oh of course! What is it dear?"

"The recent rise in keishins...do they have something to do with Asura?" She tone went serious and scared.

Father sighed and turned around marching toward his big mirror. "I'm afraid so..."

CANDI POV

So that's what Lord Deaths son looks like...not bad. I grinned while walking down the hall to an classroom. I walked in an saw Dr.Stein and a poor bird in a cage.

"Late?"

"Um, no but...what's that?" I asked , while walking up to him.

"This is the rare and almost extent Dodo bird. "

"Oh, then carry on." I said plotting down into a seat in the first row. He grinned and pushed the cage aside.

"Candi...come up here."

I nodded and waltz up to the front, "fight me." He spat as simple as his own spit. I was taken back and yelped.

"What!?" I yelled. Then the door opened and the seven people of the gang came up into their seats. I looked at Kid who eyed me carefully. I glared at Dr.Stein and nodded getting into stance. "Fine."

We stood for a couple of minutes and looked at each other. I felt heat from my feet and the raced to my stomach. My scar of an lotus was glowing , and busted out with blood. The blood stunk to my body crawling over to my right arm and covering it fully. The blood disappeared and let an huge gun as my arm. ((Kinda like BRS)) I stepped forward and threw my hand out shooting at him as he carefully dodged.

He came at me and kicked me in the stomach. I screamed by the pain and got on my knees. My gun slowly turned back to my regular arm. I can't let him or them know yet. I must lose. "I forfeit ! It really hurts!" I yelled rolling on the floor. I heard sighs and I felt relief wash over me.

TIME SKIP

I cheerfully walked up to the mission board and made clicking noises with my tounge. "Hmm, which one should I chose?" I asked myself , my eyes checking out the list. I set my finger on a mission in the middle. "Hmmm, seems difficult." I smiled at the ground and looked up revealing a grim smirk. "let the show begin." I said , my scare glowing while, I slowly faded.

STREETs

I appeared infront of an keishin standing above an innocent lady, her eyes wide with fear. "Carry on." I said, taking my slow steps as my heels clicked against the stairs. The keishin looked at me confused but then saw me as an food source. He slashed the lady as she turned to dust and he collected her blue soul. His long tongue wrapping around the soul and pulling it down his throat.

I got to the bottom of the stairs and stood tall , feet shoulder width apart, and my arms flatly to my sides. The keishin turned and licked his face as his big belly hit the ground. "Was it good?" I asked tilting my head and a smile parted it's way onto my lips. "It must've been bad, seeing as if you want mine." He took his steps closer , I could feel his breath even from a far distance. "Take it, I dare you." I yelled.

He lurched at me , throwing his sharp finger claws at me. I stood still as he raced toward me. I threw my hand out as he got an inch away from my body. My hand reached all the way through him. But it wasn't my hand anymore. My hand was replaced with three enormous claws that turned into my skin as it wrapped down my arm. He stopped and stood still as if he was going to fall on me.

An grim smile appeared on my face, as it spread across my face. "Shows over." I said , laughing hysterically as he vanished into thin air leaving his red soul behind. My hand or claws were covered in blood as it dripped down to my scar. Slowly my normal arm appeared. I shook my head and sighed looking at how his soul was so small. "Not worth it." I said grabbing the soul and eating it slowly so I could salvor the taste, as it went down my down.

KIDS POV

We stood behind Father as he showed us Candi fighting, or standing. How could she let that lady die? It was our job to protect the innocent! I fidgeted out of place and shook it off as I saw her eat the soul with no delay. I gulped and saw her walk away up the stairs, the way she came.

"What IS she?" I asked as the mirror turned off.

"That's what I would like to know. But I do know this," our ears peaked as Soul stepped up interrupting Father.

"She has Black Blood in her." He said in an monotone voice.

"What?" Maka asked.

"Ohh! I know someone else with Blackie Blood!" Patty yelled cheering.

"Patty!" Liz yelled as Patty stood still.

"Lord Death...what if she is the reason for all of the keishins? What if she is IT?" Tsubaki asked.

"Ha no way! She's not that strong !" BlackStar yelled proudly.

"I wouldn't say so BlackStar. Besides I've got an mission for all of you."

"Is that way you brought us up here?" I asked.

"Yes, study her, we'll be her friend and gather information on her." Death said as he clapped.

Lie to her? I looked at the black mirror and nodded, taking my leave with Patty and Liz close behind. "Mission accept." I said.
