Chapter 4: The party

Kalianna's POV
We finally got to the party and I could already tell that it was going to be a blast even Brian looked exited.

We walked in and the music was blaring, everyone was dancing, there was red cups all over the floor which looked like there was alcohol in them and everyone was having a blast.

Me and Brian went to the kitchen to get a drink.

Kalianna: hey Brian want a drink?
Brian: no thanks I don't drink
Kalianna: common Irish people are always known for drinking
Brian: that's not true we are just like everyone else!!!!!
I could tell that he was getting mad
Kalianna: ok, ok I'm sorry
Brian: sorry I shouldn't of raised my voice
Kalianna: that wasn't really raising your voice

We both laughed and went to go dance.

"Kalianna" I heard someone say and I looked behind me and it was Miles.

Kalianna: Hey babe

I kissed him on the lips

Miles: hey lets go dance

Kalianna: k see ya later Brian

Miles POV

I saw Kalianna with the new kid, they were laughing and it looked like they were having a good time. I got mad I can't let him steal my girl not that I care about her but she's hot and it will make Natalia jealous.

(By the way Natalia is the cheer captain, most popular girl in school, rich, pretty, bad attitude and pretty much the typical mean girl)

Brian's POV

Miles and Kalianna just walked off and Miles looked back at me and smirked then flipped me off. I can tell that he is up to something I can't let him take away my girl, well soon to be mine.

*Bang bang*

I heard the sound of gun shots and I ran to see if Kalianna was ok when I got to where everyone was I see Kalianna on the ground with blood all through her wavy, ombré hair,  her white shirt was no longer white is was dark red and it also stained her skirt. She was laying in Miles arms.

"Duine glaoch 911" I shouted and everyone looked at me with this weird look, I could tell they had no idea what I said.

"That means someone call 911" and everyone understood and in 15 minutes we heard sirens and the paramedics were here.

Kalianna's POV

Miles and I were dancing and having a blast and all of a sudden some strange guy came over and whispered "I know your secret" and then.....everything went black.

Miles POV

I thought that I didn't care about her but you know what they say you don't know what you have until it's gone and know.....she's......gone

Brian's POV

I was waiting at the hospital for an update on Kalianna when two people ran over here crying.

Kalianna's aunt: Where's my baby

Brian: excuse me but are you kalianna's mom

Kalianna's aunt: no I'm her aunt

Brian: oh well there doing surgery on her

Kalianna's aunt: what happened

Brian: she got shot

Kalianna's aunt: oh no there back

She whispered probably hoping that I didn't hear but I did

Doctor: she's done her surgery you can see her now

I walked over but he stopped me

Doctor: family only
Brian: I have to see he
Doctor: sorry but family only
Kalianas aunt: let him see her
Doctor: very well

I saw her laying in the bed not moving and a tear escaped from the corner of my eye and slid down my cheek.

Doctor: I'm sorry to say this but we are not sure if she's going to wake up the bullet almost hit her heart most people don't survive

I couldn't believe what I was hearing she can't die. I could hear her aunt crying, I started crying to I hope she makes it.

I stayed every day and every night hoping she will wake up, she never did. Her hair still has blood stains through it.

I might not of known her long but something draws me to her I love the way her hair blows in the wind with the dark brown to a caramel brown to a blond. I love the way she dances when a good song comes on and when she sings she doesn't try she just goofs off and has to pull over when she gets crazy.

And she is so mysterious like she's hiding something like they always say sometimes the prettiest smiles hold the deepest secrets, the prettiest eyes have cried the most tears, and the kindest hearts have felt the most pain ( btw I found this quote on the internet by unknown author just to give credit ).
