When she said shut up and to make sure the mayor's safe she doesn't know that he doesn't need help because oliver queen himself is arrow. "Felicity do you have a minute" I said. "Yeah why" she said in a weird tone. "I think there's another vigilante in star city" I said. "What does he do" she said. "Felicity it's not a he it's a she" I said. "Wait a minute how old is this female" she asked. Why would she say that is Felicity jelly. "She's a 17 year old teenager" I answered. "Name" she asked. "What?" I replied. "What's her name" she said calm. "Oh umm it's artemis" I said.
