This is a monster in the desert/savanna regions. It was hunted to extinction. The claws, fangs and few large scales have gold compounds of gold in them. Other than the gold scales, the normal scales are the dense and very good for shields. These creatures were indeed hard to kill but once it was found. They found it was easy to burn the darkest scales and or poison them.
