As I finished singing my heart out, I realized that there are more people than before, nine cheered loud, others were smiling, and some are confused.
Suddenly, myst formed around and magic dust started to float everywhere.
The wizard was once again forming.
Life: Well done.
Lex: Hmmfh, thanks.
Life: Are you ready for your first obstacle?
Lex: *gasp* Oh yea! I forgot. (...oh no..)
Life: Do not be frightened, for we can start slow.
Lex: Okay...
Life: Good, now step forward.
He once again vanished with me left clueless.
As I walked, wondering around, I start to hear strange noises and as I look, I saw my probably first obstacle.
A large river, that seems deep.
Then a sign caught my vision.
Sign: Cross the river now while the water is low, for in thirty seconds, the water will rise.
I wasted no time and tried to search for anything that could help, and within three seconds, I managed to find a rope.
Life: Mmm, very clever. Now let me help you with that.
The wizard said something to cast a spell into the rope which made it arose and tie to a strong tree across the river.
Lex: Thank you sir.
Life: don't thank me yet, for you may regret. Okay, okay the clock's ticking. Better get going, for thee magic only lasts for few. It may last long enough for thou to cross just as the water rises.
I just nod in response.
I began to cross the river that seemed like the water is rising each second that pass.
I started to pannick but somehow managed to toughen up.
Thirty seconds have already passed, yet I still haven't reached atleast the center.
As the water rise quickly, the darker the place gets and the colder the winds blow. I moved ten feet further and started to loose grip on the rope as I began to freeze. I decided to tie the rope on my waist tightly and try to pull on it as I cross.
It may have helped alittle though the waves roughly pass through me. As the water rise to my chin waves roundabout me which makes me cough water out of my nostrils and mouth.
Finally, after atleast three hours of trying to get through this first trial, I have reached the next shore.
But this is not my last, I am only at the beginning.
Lex: Oh no..... I've got a long way to go.
Suddenly, mystical dust surrounded me as it formed to be the wizard.
Life: Congratulations my child, for you have passed your first test.
I can see now that according to your cleverness you may survive, but please remember to choose wisely.
And once again he faded. Now what am I supposed to do? I bet this trial is gonna be harder than hard.
