Ok, so here we are, 6 weeks in from the Winter 2017 anime season. To be honest, there were actually quite a few shows that I have pretty good first impressions on, and are looking forward to watching weekly. Here, Ill be posting all of the original series and sequels to Winter 2017 animes that I have started watching, in my least to most preferred order.

Original Series
23.Kemono Friends
Ok, so first off, starting from the bottom of the list is Kemono Friends. Its a children's anime about a 3D Graphics girl who gets lost in a zoo, and wants to know what kind of animal, or friend, she is. Serval, a girl who represents the savannah animal, wants to help the girl find out what she is, and accompanies on her journey to the library. Along the way, Serval and "Bag-chan," meet other friends, who are literally 3DG animal girls, just like Serval. Did I mention that this show has really bad 3DG? Seriously. Not even any of the characters are likable. So far, Ive rated the series 6, but if it gets any worse its dropping to a 4, no questions asked.
22.One Room
Has anyone else here seen Pillow Boys? Like that really weird anime that was like 5 minutes per episode and it had a different guy "talking" to you each time? One Room is an anime very similar to this, revolving around the auidence, and his many encounters with other girls. From what Ive seen, theres only been a couple so far, but like I said, its VERY much like Pillow Boys, but maybe a little less cringier. I haven't seen much story so far, but, I will continue to watch it anyways. So far, Ive given this series a 6, while Pillow Boys a 4, thank God for One Room not being as bad as this junk my lord.
21.Chou Shounen Tanteidan
From what I've seen, Chou Shounen Tanteidan is about a boy who has a huge interest in mystery and news, and solves cases and stuff. The episodes are very short, so I havent gotten much information from it, but I always give Children's Animes a shot (this is the same person who fell in love with Chi and Bana cats). From what Ive seen, it looks ok, but Im not sure if this will be an anime where I take a liking to at least one of the characters. I dunno, its just I havent seen any characters yet that have stuck out to me yet. Anyways, Ive given this series a 6, and I have no idea whether this will change or not, depending on what paitence i have waiting for the next episode.
20. Chiruran: Nibun no Ichi
Now, at first, I thought this was like a chibi side-thing to some other anime I havent seen yet, but, according to MyAnimeList, all it has is a manga, last I checked. So I kinda just dived right in. So if any of you guys watched this series in Fall 2016 called "Kaijuu Girls," and you actually enjoyed it, you might like it as well, because the series really is all about ninja/chibi/kinda Kaijuu-ish boys. The episodes are really short, just like the girls, and have a quirky cast. However, the series doesn't seem to have that much of a plot so far, so to be honest it kinda reminds me of a more comedic, ninja/samurai and chibi version of Natsume's Book of Friends, with a very slow pace and maybe some story here and there (except Natsume is WAY better lol). Anyways, as for this anime, Ive given it a 6, and again, I have no clue whether this will change or not.
19.Schoolgirl Strikers: Animation Channel
Moving away from the short and childish animes for now, next on the list is Schoolgirl Strikers. Its about a group a girls that become a fighting team to save the town of whatever from some monsters or something (you wouldve thought Id caught on to the concept already, were halfway through the series). Anyways, for me 30% of the anime is the actual fighting scenes, 60% is bonding of the characters and mo real development of them at all, and the other 10% is the base leader and that moshu thing (what is its name idek :/ it looks like a combination of Miku Hatsune and Mieu from Tales of the Abyss. Seriously, desu no). There was a little bit more background information on the one girl revealed in episode 3, which gave me a tiny bit more hope for this series, but to be honest, its not really doing that much for me. Maybe it'll get better near the end, maybe it won't. Who even knows anymore. Anyways, another 6 unless I see really good improvement, really quickly.
