Emma:

Everyone says that school is boring, but I disagree. I go to a school in London, where we dance all day (well part of the time) but our story doesn't start here...

''Mum, where am I going for Secondary school?'' I asked staring at my Mum (who was dancing.) My Mum has very long legs and she is a professional dancer, she does everything from Ballet to Hip Hop, Tap to Contempary. She has her pink, shiny, satin ballet pointes on and looks absolutely beautiful and don't forget her graceful tutu on with sequins, pearls and it is the deepest blue. Her blonde, curly hair drooped down her neck in a messy bun, her green eyes standing out against her tutu and sweat dripping down her face.

''Pardon Emma, sorry I'm practising for Romeo and Juliet,'' she replied shouting over the music.

''What school will I go to?'' I repeated slowly.

''St Astaires of course, that's were I went so you should get in!'' my Mum stated cheerfully, but she was confusing me, what did she mean by get in?

''Mum... Do you have to audition to get into that school?'' a question my Mum forgot about.

''Yes,'' was her reply one simple word yes. Now that would be hard, some of the best dancers in Britain audition for this school and there is only 25 places in yr 7...

Kerri:

Everyone says that school is boring, and it is.I go to school in Bath and for me school is just normal; you get to school, you go to lessons, you have lunch, you have more lessons and then you go home. Simple as that, but it's not because I'm in the Team GB for swimming, I wake up every morning at 3:00 am to go swimming at 4:30 in Bristol (where I live) I then have too go to school on a public bus at 7:15 to get to school for 8:20 and then everything is usual, until I get home, I do all of my homework, have my tea and then go swimming at 7:00 pm until 9:30. I then come back home extremely tired and I flop on my bed and go to sleep. Yeah so I don't exactly have a normal day😒 but I enjoy swimming, I want to be in the Olympics when I turn 14 if I am ready for it.

Zoe:

I feel like my body is to small for my beating heart, my best friend Jack is trying to say something to me but his words are muffled and everything is in slow motion.
"I. Need. Air." I croaked, I think I am having a panic attack, I hate them, they are my worst nightmare. Jack lead me outside of the crowded school. I felt much better, I could breath and that's all I wanted.
"Better?" Jack asked.
"Much," I whispered out of breath. We sat outside for the rest of break, Jack was telling me his story for his English, he knew it if by heart, whilst I sat and listened.
