Garden...
The Princess—Yangmi after finishing her breakfast headed to the Garden with Zhihong trailing behind her who was talking about what the Princess should be doing and attending to later.
"Alright, Zhihong stop. I'm certain that almost everything about what I should be attending to for today will be delayed." Yangmi stated as she stopped on her tracks to face Zhihong just before she could push the doors open to the garden.
The statement had Zhihong almost groan but he held it in as to not to disrespect, "But Young lady, those are important." Yangmi made a face before nodding her head towards the door, "More important than me meeting with my Father?"
"U-Ugh, no but—" he started only to be cut off by the latter as she signalling him to stop talking by waving a finger at him before finally opening the door to see his father in the middle of the garden where a gazebo was near the small pond.
Upon hearing the door open, the Emperor got up from his sitting position to greet his daughter. "There you are," he muaed and happily the Princess went closer to his father. "So you will be hearing out what I have to say now, hm?" In response, the Emperor nodded and the Princess started briefing his father about her concerns and requests.
After awhile Yangmi had finished talking and he finally spoke up, "In conclusion, you have three request? One is to have a few men to check the South, Second is to delay whatever you need to do here in the palace and lastly, You wish to follow the men right after and this is because of your vision and the signs you said that Meixin had given you."
"Yes, father. I believe that me staying here in the palace would do nothing to help with whatever that may happen. And there is also something that I want to show you.." Yangmi cautiously stated. "What is it?" Her father questioned with slightly furrowed brows—apparently, he really does believe his daughter, just earlier he was actually told about what had happened in the outskirts at the South but he doesn't want to risk having his only daughter to go out when such events were occuring.
Yangmi stood up from her seat and looked around before picking up a withered flower and showing it to his father. He in return just stared in confusion and waited for whatever he was about to show him. Then, Yangmi closed her eyes and blew on the flower and slowly—the withered flower seemed to have been restored with life. "—Yangmi.. You?" The Emperor slightly stuttered as he was bewildered by the new fact that he had just found out.
"I honestly didn't know how to tell you this.. but I have been.. able to heal and restore life to some stuffs for a few years now. I learnt about my ability just a year after mother passed," Yangmi explained with a smile as she handed the flower that is now full of life to his father.
The Emperor sighed before letting out a playful defeated laugh as he gently pulled her to sit next to him. "You never fail to.. amaze me like your mother, Yangmi." And with that the Princess happily beamed, "Am I successful to have you reconsider your doubts? I know that you're worried about the danger but I am positive that I will be alright. Plus! Wait, I forgot to tell you about The Chosen."
"The Chosen you say?" The Emperor inquired in confusion.
"The Moon Priestess.. The former Oracle.. Mother.. before she passed had bestowed power to the Chosen to help cleanse the land for whatever might happen and fight of.. well.. fight of the creatures of darkness."
"And they will be helping you?"
"Wrong, Father. I will be helping them with their quest."
