So word on the street is that nigga Ron death got to his family and they want they round with us. Ever since my brother died i been dealing with Ron family and im tired of it. Once somebody die you dont suppose to keep bringing it back up but these niggas weird.

I was in the office getting ready to leave when one of the workers came in.

"Um sir can i speak to you for a mintue" The young lady name Erica said

"Yea have a seat.....Wassup" I gave her my full attention

She messed with her fingers before speaking " So i been here for about 2 years now and im tired of working in the kitchen i want to actually sell....Lauren only been here for a month and she already making plays while i stay in the kitchen naked. Im growing up and i know about the game already i wont let you down" she rushed out never looking up at me

Erica was this young girl i met when she was sixteen her family have given up on her and she bumped into me at the grocery store and been staying with me since then. She started off with cooking in the kitchen and just been there. Lauren was a chick i met weeks ago but she from the hood so i let her on the streets. Erica knows nothing about the streets so i keep her inside. Erica one of the best girls i have in the kitchen.

"Look Erica you do a wonderful job by cooking up the dope but having you on the streets that you know nothing about is a chance with messing with my money and thats something i dont do at all"

"I know sir but i been watching all the men do it when i go with them i know its not easy but i want to make more money if thats okay...."

I looked at her and sighed " Okay my nephew has a drop tonight in the bluff so you can go on with him , he just like me but meaner dont fuck him over he not afraid to shoot anybody" she nodded her head "Thank you sir i wont let you down"

I watched her leave as i poured me up a glass of E&J i know ima have to hear Alex mouth about me letting a girl sell with him. I gulped two shots down before calling him.

"Wassgud ole man what u got for me"

"New worker with you tonight and its not up for discussion be here at 6 so yall can meet" i quickly hung up before he could say anything. I watched as my phone light up from him calling 12 times. Damn i know he pissed.

I walked out the office seeing everybody doing they job."Erica come here" i called her over

"Yea 8ball"

"Meet me at my office at 6 on the dot if you late im never letting you sell ever again" i walked away watching her smile. I was so confused on why such a pretty girl like herself just dont go to school and get a job. Erica rather work for me half naked and selling drugs for a living. Hey its people life they can do what they want. Im just on the outside looking in.

We both walked to the car it was in the middle of February and was hot as hell. Atlanta weather was bipolar so it wasn't no surprise. I had on khaki cargo shorts with my black cat 3s and a white beater and a fitted Atlanta hat. Kelly was dressed in denim shorts with some clear sandals and a red juicy couture shirt and her hair was in two pigtails and her edges was laid.
