I feel your hand softly caress on my teary face. I've come to realize you're not here to stay. You float away like a fading dream; i outstretched my hand in the hopes of you placing your hand in mine. Only to be met with the cold reality that you were never truly mine. My hands grasp the cold air praying, screaming, crying that you won't leave. You already have. You were never there. It was all just in my dreams. When I shall wake, nothing will have changed. You're gone for good taking my heart along with you. I shall never be whole until you return. My love please, I'm begging you. Return to me; but for now I shall remain just seeing you in my dreams.
