Samantha's POV
"I got to go to this store. I've been wanting to get something from here." I pointed to the store near the restaurant Matthew and I had just ate in.
"Sure babe. Let's go." He said but suddenly his phone rang. "He looked at the caller ID and said, "I've got to take this, you can go ahead and go to the store, I'll meet you up there." I nodded and walked towards the cute antique shop.
I walked around all the beautiful jewelry. They sold all sorts of things in this store, like clothes, jewelry, shoes, room decorations, and much more. Which is why I loved it.
"Are you finding everything alright m'am?" A woman, which I assumed worked here, asked. It looked like she was in her mid 30's. "Um, I'm trying to find a birthday present for my best friend, do you think you could help me?"
Eleanor's birthday was coming up and I wanted to get her something really special.
"Yes! Birthday presents! My favorite! We have so many things for that! Why don't you go check in the corner on the left. It has tons of cute things!" She said excited. I said a quick thank you and walked to where she had said.
I heard the ring when someone opens the door at the store, and I assume a costumer had just came in. The person's voice sounded so familiar. Was is Matthew's ? No. It didn't sound like Mathew's voice. It did indeed sound like a male's voice.
Was is Liam? No it couldn't. But it was.
What a coincidence."Sam?" Damn. Why did you have to find me.
"Hey Liam!" I said. "What are you doing here?" I asked smiling. "Oh well it's um Danielle's birthday tomorrow and I need to get her something." He told me.
"-here?" I heard him say when I finally came back to reality. "Huh sorry I was thinking about something." I said embarrassed. He laughed. "What are you looking for in this store?" He smiled. "Well it's Eleanor's birthday next Sunday and I want to get her something really special."
