Chapter 1: Prologue ~Transformed~

Iah's POV

"Why do I even have to go to church?"

"Let us all stand"

I was just following everything our pastor tells us, I'm tired of how things work. Well,I'm not a puppet nor a robot, when he say stand everyone will, when he say let us pray everyone will, aren't they tired? Prayers aren't even answered. 

"In Jesus name we pray amen" 

"No, this is a joke! Who do you think you are to tell us a lie? I'm sorry pastor but you are lying! Everyone here does!" I shouted as tears started to fall in my eyes.

Everyone looked at me and were all shocked, I wiped my tears and ran outside. I continued to cry over and over,  I just sat on a corner and let my tears flood my eyes. Someone tapped me on my shoulders, " Do not worry child, The Lord is with us" as I look back I saw a man smiling, it was the pastor. "God? no! ..... God, God, God and God over and over again! Can't you see! I am dying right now, why can't He save me, Why! Tell me WHY!" I continued to cry sorrowfully, the pastor touched me once again and began saying words.

I opened my eyes and saw myself standing in a complete nothingness, I can only feel a light shining in my face, "what is this? Where is the pastor?" as I walk, I saw something dazzling from a distance, I walked faster and closer and heard a deep voice coming from nowhere. 

"Do not come any closer, you are standing in a holy place" 

"I can't understand, what is happening? Who are you!" I covered my eyes as the light intensify 

"I am who I am, I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob", 

"no you aren't real! This isn't reality, if you are real I could've live a happy and healthy life! A life where I can live longer!" 

"From this day and now you will be fruitful, you will have many problems and life wouldn't go easily as planned, but I will deliver you from any circumstance, I will be your shepherd and you will be the sheep that is in thirst and I will bring you to green pastures and let you drink is still waters." 

The voice started to fade and everything seemed to be going back to normal again, I opened my eyes again and saw the pastor smiling, tears are sill falling from my eyes. "Do not be afraid son, You have been blessed by the Lord" The pastor smiled at me, I stood up and drove myself away and ignored him as I go home. 

I started to feel different, it seems that I was replenished, I felt joyful, I felt rejuvenated, I am mindless of any dark thoughts I was thinking before and..... just different that's it I couldn't understand why.  While I enter my room, I suddenly fall to my knees and wept,  "Oh Lord Hear my prayer,  I wanted to say thank you, and from this day I devote my life to you, I give you everything and I want to make sure in every step I take I will give praise and worship and reverence and awe in your mighty name, This is my prayer and I want to draw nigh to you everyday, In the mighty name of my Lord Jesus, AMEN and amen!" 

From that day I realized everything, from that day I devoted myself to God, and from that day all of my pains and sufferings were ended, and I said to myself "all praises be to you oh God!'
