Silver Oak is a well known academic high school, and when it's well known, there's bound to be rumors of it. Rumors being an old library that sits in the the center of the courtyard on top of a hill. It was said to be haunted by a lost spirit, and if anyone dared to go in, they'd be killed instantly. When the school first opened, there were multiple students were who reported missing; but the school had reportedly claimed those missing students had moved away. Any traces of them were swept under the rug as if they never attended. These rumors had they're own story. Instead of a spirit, it was an android that was meant as a tutor. But something went wrong and it started to attack students. So they kept the robot in the library as a way to keep the outside world from discovering it.
'These rumors, couldn't be true. This was just like any other school, simple and boring. It's not a sci-fi nor some supernatural world' you kept saying to yourself as you stepped foot into your new school. A bored expression permanently stuck to your face. This school was one of the best, there would be no childish story to keep you from surpassing your elder sibling's. After all, you had to set a perfect example for the (l/n) family name.
Other students wore the same black and red uniform you wore, along with the crest of a silver owl with a golden feather in it's mouth. Representing wisdom and wealth if your sources were correct. Carrying your matching book bag filled with nothing but your gym clothes and a few books you enjoyed reading.
Your eyes glanced up at the large building, taking in the new yet old fashion Gothic look it. Which made it look like some kind of large mansion, the outside decor of large lively bushes and arranged colorful flowers brought a warm feeling to your chest.
But your visuals were destroyed by a male student with wild lime green hair and caramel eyes took quick peeks over his shoulder to look at you which quickly became repetitive and annoying. He seemed tempted to ask you something but was most likely intimidated by your blank stare.
He finally stopped abruptly and spun around with a large grin on his pale freckled face. "A-are you excited for your first day?" he asked walking beside you. His voice seem to have a slight accent to it, though you couldn't put your finger on it. "I'm actually quiet anxious, my parents transferred me at the last second and I had no time to say good bye to any of my friends" he chuckled swinging his bag back and forth. "Oh sorry, I started off on the wrong foot huh?" he sheepishly chuckled blocking your way inside the double door entrance. "Hello, my name is Sylvester Wolf" he introduced himself holding his hand out for you. "I moved here from Germany" he added.
"(y/n)" you responded and swerved past him and into the building. The high ceilings had an arch to them and the large wood framed pane windows was quiet astounding. The main hall was quiet full and there were lockers and cork boards with clubs to sign up for. What caught your attention was a warning sign to keep out of the separated library. You were tempted to read more of it but Sylvester seem to have followed you in still yearning to befriend you. "Look, I need to head to my first class. So if you would please leave me alone that would be appreciated" you glared at him hoping he'd leave you alone.
His bright eyes seemed to dull a bit from your response but pulled out a thin phone like device and tapped on the screen. The male stayed quiet before a grin appeared on his face. "You're in the black wing right? We may have some classes together because I have it as well (y/n) (l/n)" he smirked reading your name off of the screen. You were ready to make a clever come back to him until the bell rang.
The students all formally went to their designated wings and into their classes, unfortunate for you, the black wing was quiet a distance away. Your black polished shoes scurried down the marble floors hoping– no, praying that you'd make it in time. Even though you feared that you wouldn't, you kept it formal and tried not to seem unfocused and unprofessional.
