Selina Travis
I strutted into the school and looked around. Students were chatting like they never chatted before. But one boy caught my eye. He was leaning against a wall, listening to music on his iPod, the students around him were chatting, laughing and flirting.
"I wonder what he's listening to?" I tilted my head. I walk towards him.
"Hey there. What are you listening to?" I said looking at his iPod.
Drew Everett
"Hi." He said not meeting my gaze.
"Just some My Chemical Romance songs."Selina Travis
"I absolutely love their music! Which song are you listening to?" I said more interested in getting to know him.Drew Everett
"Helena." He said. His voice a bit cold.Selina Travis
"Helena? Hmm.. I don't think I heard that before. Let me check." I said pulling out my phone as I started to search for the song "Helena".Drew Everett
"Oh, so you're not one of those MySpace girls who wanted to be in that coffin," He said with a smirk.Selina Travis
"Who would want to ever be in a coffin when they're still alive?" I said as I stopped writing. After a few seconds, I returned back to finding the song.Drew Everett
"Some people would love to be buried alive." He said bluntly.Selina Travis
"Keyword. 'Some'. I'm not 'some' people." I said returning to my phone. "Bingo!" I said as I found the song.
Drew Everett
Drew rolled his eyes. "Whatever."
Selina Travis
"Come on. Don't be so cold. Live life a bit." I said giggling as I listened to "Helena". "Hey. This is pretty good." I said smiling.
Drew Everett
He bit his lip. "I don't live life." He said meeting my gaze.
Selina Travis
"Well. At least smile." I said gesturing to me smiling. "Come on. Let me see that smile." I said chuckling.
Drew Everett
"You won't give up until I smile?"
Selina Travis
"Try me." I smirked while crossing my arms. "Where's that smile now?" I said laughing.
Drew Everett
"Since you won't leave me alone." he sighed. He then gave her a small smile. "You happy now?"Selina Travis
"Super." I said laughing. "Go bigger go home. Come on, give me a big smile." I said smiling. "Come on." I giggled.
Drew Everett
"No"
Selina Travis
"Come on." I said like I was talking to a baby. "Where's that big smile?" I said laughing.
Drew Everett
Her giggle was sweet and innocent, two things Drew hated. "Emos don't smile," he said his voice turning cold.
Cancer had started to play...
Selina Travis
"Who said you had to be an emo?" I said sadly. "Come on. A big smile." I said smiling.
Drew Everett
"I did!"
Selina Travis
I groaned. "I don't care about what you say, boy. Just a smile. Big smile. Come on." I said with a big smile.
Drew Everett
"I have somewhere to be." his voice colder than before. He pushed past me and walked to the boy's bathroom.
Selina Travis
I groaned. "Do you have bladder problems?" I shouted. Loud enough for him to hear. I crossed my arms.
Drew Everett
Drew turned towards me. "You don't get it, do you?" His icy blue eyes staring into mine...
Selina Travis
"Uhm.. NO?" I said as I rolled my eyes in frustration. "This guy is seriously giving me a headache." I muttered under my breath.
Drew Everett
"I'm emo! Do you know what that is?!" He shouted, everyone, turning their heads in our direction.
Selina Travis
I rolled my eyes as I use my powers to turn all the heads looking at us, away from us.
"Do you think I judge people? I'm not cruel ok?" I said trying to keep my anger in. There were powers which I couldn't control.
Drew Everett
He shook his head. Can't he just go lock him in his dorm? No, that's not an option this time. "Fine, you win." He said before smiling.
Selina Travis
"Aww.. Come on, bigger." I said smiling as I crossed my arms.
Drew Everett
"Why do you want me to smile so bad?"
Selina Travis
"Why can't I?" I shrugged. "Where's the smile I'm looking for?" I said laughing.
Drew Everett
Drew grunts, before letting a big smile form on his lips. "Next time, I'll throw my piercings in one of your eyes."
Selina Travis
"Ouch." I said dramatically. "You should smile more often." I said laughing.
Drew Everett
He removed his left lip ring, pretending to aim at my right eye. "Don't say I never warned you." He said with a huge grin on his face.
Selina Travis
I rolled my eyes. "Telekinesis." I said picking up something with my powers. "Plus, you wouldn't dare." I said crossing my arms.
Drew Everett
"Oh really?" He said with a devilish look in his eyes.
Selina Travis
"Y-You wouldn't" I said acting brave. But inside, I'm seriously scared.
Drew Everett
He went invisible, he walked up behind me. He started to stroke the piercing on my right cheek. "Try me." He whispered.
Selina Travis
"C-Come on. Don't p-play it like that." I said nervously as I bit my bottom lip.
Drew Everett
"How would you prefer I play then?"
Selina Travis
"Could we not play? It's childish." I said trying to change the topic.
Drew Everett
He dropped his invisibility. "Too bad..."
Selina Travis
I sighed with relief. "Yeah. T-Too bad." I said as I bit my bottom lip.
Drew Everett
He let out a chuckle. "Am I making you nervous?" He said putting his lip ring back where it belongs.
Selina Travis
"Ha. Keep dreaming." I rolled my eyes as my arms crossed.
Drew Everett
"Bye"
Selina Travis
"Bye?" I tilted my head.
Drew Everett
"Don't tell me you're actually going to class." He said shaking his head.
Selina Travis
"Well, you're the one who said bye." I crossed my arms as I rolled my eyes.
Drew Everett
"Ditch with me?"
Selina Travis
"Should I?" I said tilting my head as I smirked mischievously.
Drew Everett
"Your choice." He crossed my arms.
Selina Travis
"Yeah. I think I should. The class is going to be boring anyway." I said as I rolled my eyes.
Drew Everett
"What's next? You're going to pierce yourself and get tattoos?" He said smiling.
Selina Travis
"Aww.. Did you just smile? Do I make you happy?" I said laughing.
Drew Everett
" I think you'd look good with a sleeve and septum." He said laughing.
Selina Travis
"Aww.. You laughed! I DO make you happy." I said giggling then gave him a mischievous smirk.
Drew Everett
"Remind me why I'm talking to you." He threw on his poker face.
Selina Travis
"Because I make you happy?" I said laughing heartily.
Drew Everett
"Or because I'm just some lonely ass."
Selina Travis
"Or because I make you happy? Come on. Smile." I said smiling.
Drew Everett
He took off his ear gapes. "I'm for real this time," he said aiming.
Selina Travis
"COME ON!" I said covering my face.
"DON'T DO THAT!" I said shouting with fear.
Drew Everett
"I have an appointment. Bye now." He put his gapes back in his ears and started to walk toward the exit.
Selina Travis
I rolled my eyes as I teleported him back to me. "Teleportation." I said smirking.
Drew Everett
"Why you little -"
Selina Travis
I thought of fire coming out of my hands. Of course, it turned into a reality.
"Pyrokinesis." I said as I moved my hand closer to him.
"Careful what you say." I said smirking mischievously.
Drew Everett
He turned invisible. "You can't burn an invisible man." He said before teleporting outside.
Selina Travis
I groaned. "I hate that man." I said as I rolled my eyes. "Great. Now I can't see him. He could be outside for all I know." I said frustrated.
Drew Everett
Drew made it to the tattoo parlour. He went inside.
"Name?" The woman behind the counter asked.
"Drew Everett."
"What tattoo would you like sir? And where?" The tattoo artist asked.
" 04/12/16 on my forearm." Drew said.
Selina Travis
Knowing that he was not in the school, I sat down and used my phone. What else could I do?
