Edwards pov

I hope Isabella got my letter, I hope she turns up. I hope she don't think I'm a perverted freak. Woah Edward don't get carried away with yourself. 1 more day.

Today was Tuesday, one day till I would meet Isabella and my plan would be in action. I feel bad, really. But my family is all I have and I'm not about to let a sick horrible man like Aro Volturi take it away from me.

My sister Rosalie, brought me out of my thoughts and back into present day.

"Edward, seriously what has gotten into you? ever since we got home from Italy you have been acting strangely. Always deep in thought" Rosalie asked

"Nothing, I'm just thinking about everything that has happened" I replied as convincing as I could. I couldn't tell her, otherwise she would most likely walk right up to Aro and rip his head off and get us all killed. Plus Aro told me to keep it a secret. I couldn't disobey him.

"Are you sure Edward, you know you can talk to me about anything" she replied sweetly

"I'm sure Rose, and I know" it killed me to lie to her.

"Ok Edward, I'm going to see where my oaf of a husband is and go hunting, you in"

"Sure Rose" I smiled

We found Emmet cleaning up one of Esme's favourite vases. I rolled my eyes and chuckled.

"Emmet that is the 5th vase you have broke this week" Rosalie scolded

"I know" he pouted "my dance moves are too awesome for this house"

"Ok babe, whatever you say" Rosalie giggled

After Emmet cleaned up his mess we headed out for a hunt. It has been a long time since I hanged out with my siblings and I really missed them. We had a competition to see who could catch the biggest grizzly bear. And of course Emmet won. We headed home about about 5am, just 9 hours till I meet Isabella.

Bella pov

I was woken up by an over excited Alice jumping on my bed.

"Ugh Alice, what time is it" I mumbled

"7:30, we need to get you ready for your date" Alice squealed

"Urh" I moaned and rolled over "I know I'm ugly but do I really need 7 hours to get ready"

"BELLA ! You are not ugly, don't say such a thing, and no I want to have a girly pamper morning first" Alice scolded "now get your lazy but out of bed now, before I drag you"

"FINE" I agreed, I knew Alice meant it, she was a force to be reckoned with.

I got out of bed and jumped into the shower, I told her that I would meet her downstairs in 20 mins. Ergh Bella barbie yay ! My favourite. Not. After a extremely long shower, I got dressed and trudged downstairs, not feeling very optimistic about the morning to come. But boy I was excited for this afternoon hell yeah ! I decided to just endure it, after all you can't escape Alice.

"Finally Bells, I was staring to think you ran away!!!!" Alice exclaimed

"Would I ever do that to you" I replied "there wouldn't be any point anyway you would just track me down"

"Too right I would"

"Morning Bella" Jacob smiled pulling me into a hug

"Hey jake" I muffled into his chest

"So what are you to girls doing this afternoon"

"Well Bella has got "

"To go shopping" I quickly cut Alice off. Jake couldn't know he would never approve of meeting a vampire, if it was even him.

Alice gave me a knowing look, as she realised her mistake.

"Sound fun, not" jake laughed

"Come on Bella lets get ready" Alice chirped

We both got up and walked up stairs. I sat down on the stool and let Alice work her magic.

3 hours later I looked amazing, If I do say so myself. I had my hair in loose curls that hung half way down my back. I had very light make up on that consisted of mascara, eyeliner, blusher and a light pink lip gloss. I wore dark blue skinny jeans, white low top converse, and a pale pink blouse that clung to my body. I accessorised with a black leather jacket, a few bracelets, and a necklace that once belonged to my mother.

"Wala!!!! My work here is done" Alice giggled

We grabbed my black bag and headed out.

"My my Bella where are you going" jake asked waggling his eyebrows

"Shopping like we said... bye" I said in a rush

And with that we ran out of the house and jumped into Alice's porche. The journey to the meadow, was full of excitement and anxiety. Alice promised to keep her mobile on so I could call if I needed help. Of course I told her I wouldn't I was a kick ass demolishing machine.

Alice dropped me off near the clearing and I walked over to the meddow. As I got nearer I got more nervous by the second. I walked out into the meadow and saw nobody. I was confused was this a joke, as I turned round to leave I met face to face with those dreamy, perfect eyes.

Edward pov

I watched her walk into the middle of the meadow with a confused look on her face. I jumped down from my position in the tree and walked over to her. As she turned around I got a glimpse of the most perfect woman I had ever seen. My memories didn't do her justice.

I snapped out of my gaze. Edward stop it now, remember the deal. I told myself repetitively. She was the first to speak.

"Um hi, are you E" she asked nervously biting her lip.

"Yes I am" I stuttered "my full name is Edward nice to meet you Isabella" I outstretched my hand

"Nice to meet you too Edward, but it's just Bella"

"Ok Bella, I just wanted to thank you for the other day, you know saving my family's life, I am so grateful"

"Erm it's ok, I just realised how stupid it all was, nobody wanted to be there so what was the point"

"I agree, so Bella tell me a little about yourself" I questioned

She started to tell me a little about herself, but not much. We played 20 questions, but none of that Information was useful to me. Maybe this was going to be harder than I thought, I needed to get her to trust me. A few hours past.

"Edward I have really enjoyed today, and I know it is breaking the treaty but I really hope we can be friends" she asked politely

YESS!!! Bingo ! "Of course bella, I would like that too. But for our own safety I advise that we keep this between ourselfs, agreed"

"Agreed" she smiled "listen I need to get going now, my family are expecting me home. I would like to do this again though soon"

"Ok, I would also like that very much" I said

We exchanged phone numbers and I watched her walk off home. I sighed disgusted yet satisfied with myself on how much progress we had made today.
